I spent $37 on double mozzarella, single mozzarella, papa burger, 1 fries and 1 onion ring. My order was ready in less than a minute which means ALL the food was sitting there for I don’t know how long. It was bland and tasteless. Has always been my favourite but will not visit again. 🥺 The bag wasn’t even warm when I got to my car. Thought I could just warm it up at home for me and my husband. Fries and rings were soggy out of the bag and burgers were so bland. It was disappointing cause A&W burgers 🍔 have ALWAYS been my favourite.

In my experience over the last few years, A&W locations in the Regina area typically have lowered my expectations and so this store might be getting a good review just because they do an average job, but compared to the others it's exemplary. Evidently I am becoming too cynical to be a good reviewer. Anyways, that does not negate the fact that the staff at this store do a noticeably good job of being courteous and respectful, keeping a clean restaurant, making the food well and doing it in a timely fashion. The manager and staff here clearly take pride in their work and it shows.

This is one of the best fast food places in the city and I'm basing that mostly on the fact that the food is always hot when you get it. There are few things as disappointing as a cold burger or breakfast sandwich and I've never gotten that here. I dont mind waiting a little if it means the food tastes hot and fresh. That being said they are still pretty fast and the couple times I've waited have been minimal but worth it. The coffee is always hot enough I have to let it cool a bit.....and I love that. Staff are always friendly which is great to. Wasn't a big a&w guy because they seemed more expensive than other chains but this one opened up here and now it's ussually our go to for a quick burger or breakfast sandwich when they got deals going.

Went to this A&W to take advantage of their $1.99, 3 pancake coupon. To my disbelieve that had no batter, so no pancakes. I ordered something else with orange juice. They had no orange juice!! Never had a problem with this location before. Something has changed there. And not in a good way.
