There was an issue with my meal not being hot. The manager was apologetic and without any hesitation she would have my meal replaced. Just fantastic customer service!!
Teen burgers were delicious, hot and fresh. But the pumpkin spice lattes were not drinkable. Tasted like chemicals. Very disappointing. Maybe the mix had spoiled? Was served in clear plastic cups and was too hot to hang on to too. Why not paper cups with a cardboard cozy?
