I had a great experience at A&W Vic East. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The cashier was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel included, which really added to the visit. It’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely care about customers. Overall, a simple but positive experience — I’ll definitely be back!

I love that they have lettuce, wrap, burgers! I love that I can customize my burger, and my all-time favorite is the frosted mug! A&W is always my go to for fast food that taste good!

Absolutely wonderful location. Same staff and they are always happy and enthusiastic. It's an absolute pleasure to pull through drive through and have the consistency of this place. The burgers and breakfast sandwiches are the exact same each and every visit.

I had a disappointing experience at this A&W location. The customer service was poor—staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged us. We ordered a meal but had to remind them multiple times about our drink, which they forgot to include. The food was mediocre at best; the burgers were lukewarm, and the fries were soggy. I also had to clarify that we were eating in, not taking out, as they automatically bagged everything without asking. Overall, a frustrating visit with subpar food and service that needs serious improvement.

Went through the drive thru, asked for extra onions chopped and was told very rudely they couldn't do that. Asked why not and she said we don't do that. I've had this before and then another lady came on and said yes they would do that. Not sure if the first girl was new or just rude.

It was around 2 pm on May 6/25, I went thru drive thru , Teen Burger was not not freshly made & the same with the onion rings, burger was cold & mushy & OR were rubbery.
