I ordered plain egusi soup with pounded yam and clearly wrote: No shaki (tripe), no mixed meats—just plain egusi. What I received included a thick blob of animal skin with tiny hairs. This is completely unacceptable. I do not want a replacement—only a full refund. My instructions were ignored, and this level of carelessness is shocking.
