Was treated terrible by staff here. Had vouchers from a cancelled flight that the staff refused to accept. I had two crying toddlers and was just trying to feed them and keep them happy. Had to go find an air Canada staff member to come to the counter to tell them I could use the vouchers. Staff took all 6 of my vouchers and pretended they counted five and said that’s good to me. I took them back and counted them and took my remaining voucher back. Then was poured an old wine that tasted terrible and asked for a fresh one. She went in the back and complained to the other staff and poured me a half glass of wine instead. The whole time we sat and dined the staff was glaring at us through the takeout window and commenting on us in a different language.

Tiny airport with a big heart! What a joy to fly out of Regina and be able to get away from the little crowd and enjoy some peace and quiet. Great staff

I'm actually surprised there is a lounge at this airport- but im very thankful. Nice comfortable seats, about 15 and 2 high top tables with seats. Selection of hot and cold drinks, Coors on tap, some fruit, cerel and a small selection of bakery items. Just enough for a snack before your flight. There is also a phone recharging station ! And a screen for flight information. Small lounge but packed with the essentials of an airpirt lounge. Good Job Air Canada !!
