Food was excellent-we were told it was all home made/made from scratch and we could taste it. It was during soft open and they were short of menus. We had all the servers looking after us and we ordered water without ice but it csme with ice. Overall we were very happy and will be back.

Drove by here today and the store is permanently closed. It’s about damn time. It was probably the most poorly ran and toxic restaurant in the city I’ve ever seen.
There’s an old Chinese proverb: “The Water that carries the Boat can also overturn it.” Or to quote Hemingway about bankruptcy: “It happened gradually and then suddenly.”
I hope the next place knows how to train staff and treat people better. Because for me it was the case study of how NOT TO RUN a restaurant.
BTW: Note the owner’s response below: They’re so incompetent they created an AI customer service bot that doesn’t even know the place is closed! What a disgrace…

My wife and i came in and tried the 2 for $55 After we figured out what we were having, they were “out” of probably 3/4 of the 2 for $55 menu. Even 2 of the mains were unavailable. I asked for the AAA striploin (medium rare) and garlic mash potatoes and with greenbeans and bread stick. It was over cooked, tasted like a slap of bland roast beef, potatoes had no garlic i dont even think it had butter in them very dry, green beans didnt have much flavour, bread stick was burnt on the bottom but top was super doughy. Wife had a shrimp bowl thing and shrimp was way over cooked very mushy shrimp. The desert was limited to 2 out of 5 options i think? 2 for $55 turned out to be $75 dollars The server was kind and atmosphere was like a regular restaurant thats why the higher stars.

Deplorable service.
I went to take my daughter and mother out for their birthdays tonight. I have dietary restrictions and can’t consume pork products. Majority of the items on the menu have bacon. I simply asked for the bacon to be removed from my meal. I ordered the four cheese pasta with the honey pepper chicken.
The server had informed me that the bacon was in the pasta sauce but they would sub the cheese sauce for an Alfredo and everything would be good. I’m unsure if she didn’t know there is also bacon in the honey sauce or if it was intentional at that point based on how each staff member responded.
The food arrived and I took a bite of the pasta it was fine, I looked at the chicken and it looked like there was chunks of bacon all over it. At first I tried to brush it off , thinking it could just be the fried coating but after eating a bite the taste is so distinct I knew it was pork/bacon. I asked my both mother and daughter to both try it before I called the server over to inquire. She grabbed the plate took it back to the kitchen and came back with the manager who was absolutely outrageous.
She had told me that it was fried onion and definitely not bacon.. and that I should “trust her” because she doesn’t eat bacon either… She then had another staff member come to pick through my food and assure me, and had the audacity to try to hand it back to me. She did not apologize, offer to substitute the meal with something else or even discount the other meals I paid for.
Even a simple, “I am sorry, can we get you something else” would have sufficed. I would have paid for both of the plates even. Being gas light, after two other people had also tasted the bacon was absolutely out of this world to me.
I paid my bill in full and left hungry.
Dietary restrictions are SO important to be followed, if it had been severe shellfish or peanut allergy I could have died!!!
Shame on the staff and manager here! I will be calling corporate as well.

Food is more expensive there than it should be for what it is. But it does taste good and is a nice place to be. People are nice and service is pretty good too
The drinks were not delivered, there was no receipt, the bag was torn, the meat was ice-cold and chewy like gum, my steak is absolutely inedible. The food is terrible, completely different from what I saw in the photo and description.

Very quiet. No energy so not a place for me and my family. We prefer more of a fun place that we can laugh and not be out of place. Service was sufficient but she never took empty glasses or dirty plates so there was a mound of dirty when we were done. Just seemed understaffed.
