Visited for the first time in a decade a week or so ago. Went to have a little self care day featuring Applebees, Indigo and surrounding stores. My server Lisette was absolutely amazing and an absolute sweetheart. She knew exactly when to come up to me, which is a nice change from the few servers I've had elsewhere that are checking in every 5 seconds. Food was amazing, the Spinach and Artichoke Dip is to die for! Definitely recommend giving this place a chance. I previously hadn't visited due to bad word of mouth and I definitely regret it. I will say the decoration and atmosphere feel a bit outdated, but that didn't impact my visit at all. Hoping to come back soon!

horrible place the servers don't serve. no table touching I've come here everytime and bad service I love the food but man the management needs to retrain the staff to do their job. had scolding hot steak bites and not once did my server come check on us to even ask for utensils no drink refills but let me tell you I watched my server stand and sit several time in the back booth I could have walked out and they wouldn't notice us gone. I had another server cleaning behind me spraying us with cleaner ? management got wind of my anger and came and raced out to me 15% of dinner card I never used. another time same thing we got sat nobody came but people who came in after us got amazing service. today we decided to try a 3rd time and still nope given cold coffee no cream sugar no refill. took order food was cold like under a heat lamp to long asked for hot sauce never came. wanted a drink he never came. it took two hrs to even get anything I can count the people in the restaurant and let me tell yeah as a server for a fast pace environment there was no excuse for the service you give. oh and the people infront of us sat and waited 25 minutes 25 minutes for drinks and to have their food order. people who showed up 10 minutes after them sat got there drinks and food before he took their order again they came before management needs to retrain your workers and properly cause your servers reflect on management and the company. do better cold food sucks. if I'm paying 18.99 for a cheese burger then and 25$ for steak bites then serves and food should be awesome along with the experience. : table touch, always check and remove empty and dirty dishes there should never be a dirty table with customers. drinks should never take more then 3 minutes. when I deliver food do one walk around and return to make sure food is up to par aka is it cold? there here are some ideas and speed is key. no excuses now I helped try make the service better. a customer should never have to get up and try help themselves ?

We went for dinner last Saturday, there were not many options at that time.The food was ok, I ordered chicken strips and fries, kind of like Costco’s but not as good.The waiter didn’t have any idea on how to serve anything, he was a very nice young man but I think nobody has trained him, he was cleaning the tables with a blue cloth, I went to the bathroom and he was cleaning the bathrooms with the same cloth, I followed him to the dining area and he kept cleaning the tables with the same cloth. So disgusting!He must be trained and supervised.

It’s a nice atmosphere, a good selection on the menu. However the quality of food is average, not great but not bad either. The waitress that served us messed up our order. Between the quality of service and the price point, it’s best to check out other places.

I would like to commend the service of Francis from Gordon rd branch. Very excellent and accommodating. Aside from the good food, we will surely be pleased to be served by him again. Haven’t experienced this kind of good service in a long time. It’s nice. Other servers were nice too!

We usually enjoy our experience at Applebee’s, but not tonight! The service was terrible, but the food was good - once we got it. One drink wasn’t brought and had to ask for it. We opted for the three course, but almost didn’t get the third course. Our waitress seemed addled and we had to get up and almost leave before we got our check. We are not going back.
