Absolutely great experience. We enjoy going to Arby's once in awhile for something different and the service and food we got today was impeccable. Glad to see a restaurant with great customer service is still around

Have stopped here a few times on my travels through Regina. Every time I do, the staff is so friendly, I felt I had to comment. The restaurant is always so clean, and the young staff are helpful and pleasant, you don’t see that everywhere. Great group of young people working there.

Well i was disappointed when I asked if they had the meat mountain was gonna live stream it as I've heard tons about it lady said yes then tried to ring it in and said it's not in there anymore can't make it so very disappointed there then got the roast beef and cheddar melt and a Jr well the regular was moldy the other was good they made me a new one ut on a brioche bun I can't eat this bun due to health reasons anyway so they made it on a Jr bun and then we left wasn't too happy

Got the bottom of bag of curly fries and my beef was not warm at all .
Food was fast, hot and what was ordered. Staff was very friendly.

Usually have good service in the drive through, but not today. I pull up to the speaker and the guy asks me to wait a minute, no problem. 7 minutes later he finally comes back and takes my order. Two cars I front of me, first one gets their order and leaves almost right away, the one in front of me pulls up, pays, then we wait about 15 min before they get their order and leave. Then I pull up to the window, nobody there. I wait and wait, till another 7 wins go by and still no one comes to the window. So I left no food, no payment. 30 mins in a drive thru with almost nobody in it is ridiculous!
