the staff was rude. i felt unwelcomed borderline racism. its my day off and i went on and bought sandwiches. then followed up by wayching a movie on my ipad. after 2-3 hours i went back to counter to buy a drink . the guy at the front counter said i am loitering. even though im about to literally buy something from him. he asked me to leave in an hour which i was going to anyways but never hav i been accused of loittering let alone whn im already buying something at regular intervals.
Went to Arby's for their 2 arbinators for 11 bucks deal. It was gone, but they had the 3 arby melts for 10 bucks. So, it was a delight and

We ordered through Uber eats and we posted a message for the sauces which we didn’t get and called the Branch where he said he noted the name and will compensate with a free meal and once we drove there to get the free meal the guy said this is an Uber eats problem and it’s not his problem then my Husband was explaining himself that why didn’t they told us this on the phone so we won’t waste our time driving and the person there said everything is being recorded and I will ask you to leave the store and my husband replied I didn’t do anything wrong and I am just explaining myself then the staff said I will call the police ( He said he is the assistant manager) the lady staff was understanding and she handled the situation and we appreciate her but for him , he was extremely unprofessional and I hope they replace him with staff who can handle customer care better because that’s his job ( CUSTOMER CARE ).
