Wow...unreal prices for fast food. I doubt ill go back being that expensive. I could eat at a nice restaurant for the same cost. Its really too bad.

Had Arby's beef sandwiches and curly fries! Nice and hot and the horsey sauce is delicious. I forgot to get the names of the staff unfortunately. They were both very friendly and service was great!

Today was the second time in a row that I’ve ordered a French Dip & Swiss meal, and they have forgotten to include the French Dip, resulting in me having to eat a dry hunk of meat between a squished soggy bun. Not worth $50 for two people.

So my $9.00 sandwhich at Arby's so disappointed, a small pile of meat in the middle leaving a good inch all around the bread edges with nothing but sauce and maybe a little more than a tablespoon of sauerkraut sprinkled in the middle, talk about over priced and skimpy, done with Arby's too.

Husband ordered our dinner at 4pm today and they did NOT give him my poutine. They are trash for charging 10$ for a poutine and not putting it in the bag.

It's a chain, so you know what you’re getting. Staff was fast and friendly, order was accurate.

Arby's when you get a roast beef with cheese and turn it sideways you get reminded of what. Anyways they have a l beef dip that fills you up along with those curly fries. Nothing beats those curly fries except for maybe more curly fries. Another expensive place to eat

On July 2, 2024, I decided I wanted something different for dinner. Something I hadn’t had for a while. After some consideration I decided to go to Arby’s. I ordered online and drove across town to pick it up at Arby’s on Albert north. Upon arrival I proceeded into the drive through. There were a couple cars in front of me. When I got to the ordering speaker, they informed me that I couldn’t pick up my order at the pickup window and I would have to park and walk in. So, then I had to wait for the others in front of me to be served because there was no way to go around vehicles while in the drive-through. After finally getting out of the drive-through and finding a place to park I went in to get my order. At the pickup counter I informed them again that I was here to get my on-line order, but they couldn’t find it because they did not read the on-line order properly and put the wrong name on it. After finally finding my order, they gave it to me and went back home. The bag was taped shut and they did not give me an extra straw, so I didn’t look at the order or try my milkshake until I got back home. Once home I stuck a straw into the milkshake and gave it a try. Good thing I was right by the kitchen sink because it immediately got spit out. It was room temperature and had weird soft white lumps in it! I was so disgusted I dumped the entire thing down the sink. The food was cool as well and the toppings that I ordered for the sandwich were nonexistent. By this point I had completely lost my appetite, so it all got dumped it the garbage. So very disappointing. I would have been much happier just making myself some soup.
That night a sat down at the computer and did a one-star review on my experience there regarding the exceedingly poor service and substandard quality of their product. I received an email from them stating that they would like to try and make it right. I agreed to a full refund but of course I had to drive across town again to receive it. Upon arrival I parked right away (already learned that lesson), I went to the till and had to wait for 5 minutes until someone noticed me standing there. Finally, the manager (or that’s what he called himself) came and asked me what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick up my refund. He turned around, grabbed a sealed white letter envelope from behind the till, handed it to me and walked away. No sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for anything at all! Not another word, just rudely turned his back on me and walked away. WHATEVER! At least I got my money back and that would have been the end of it too but, when I got home, I opened the envelope and inside was my refund in cash and two free meal tickets each for a free sandwich, medium fries and a drink. I actually thought this was a decent gesture however, a week or so later I was showing these free meal tickets to my daughter and her boyfriend. They took one look and started laughing at me. My daughter says “Dad, these tickets are expired!” I looked and sure as heck, they both expired January of 2021! What a joke! Insult on top of injury. I vow I will NEVER set foot in another Arby’s as long as I live!

Even though there was hardly anyone there. Customer service was great. And didn't have to wait very long for my food.

Parking: If you're not too lazy to walk more than 10 steps, then you will do just fine ?
