Recently held a private dinner event here and it was a huge hit! Thanks to Jiwan and her team at Avenue restaurant! They made the experience fun and classy. Amazingly beautiful venue that I would strongly recommend. Can’t wait to come back when visiting Regina again. Keep up the stellar work!
Impeccable service and food. The suggestions from the server were very helpful. Relatively small menu but I'm certain every dish would have been as amazing as mine. Great spot for a cocktail as well.
If you're seeking out a venue for fine dining this is a must try. Regina really doesn't have many places that rival this location. The evening was such a fun experience. To celebrate our wedding anniversary we sought to seek out somewhere that not only served good food, but also was different than the regular run of the mill steak houses. Hearing about this establishment from others on social media, we knew we had to try it. Choosing to leave the decisions to the chef, we went with the tasting menu which had 4 courses all of which the chef chooses what you receive. Everything was amazing. Beautiful plating and the gastronomic journey was just what we were looking for. They do serve beef wellington, which is nearly impossible to find in Regina. So if you are looking for it, this is the place to go. It is upscale dining. As such, the bill was on the higher side. Though, for the quality and flavors, and overall experience, it was worth it.
Haven’t had such good service at a restaurant until now and holy the beef Wellington and treating menu is so good
Very high level food, beverages (especially cocktails) and service. I have enjoyed every meal I've had there, and love the house made pastas. Avenue is easily one of the best restaurants in Regina, it's always a treat to go there.

4 of us shared the tasting menu with wine pairings and Wellington add on. Excellent value. Great staff. Attentive but not overbearing. Probably the best culinary experience in Regina.
We had the chefs tasting menu and wine pairing, all the dishes were delicious especially the beef Wellington also,Our server was great and We definitely recommend eating here and will book again when we visit Regina.
We booked for 8:00 for an anniversary dinner, and looking back on things, we probably should have booked earlier, as we felt very rushed and our food felt the same way. Our drinks took a while to come (our server apologized), and then she took our order. We ordered appetizers and entrees, and everything came on top of each other. We didn't have time to enjoy our cocktails because the appetizers came, and then the entrees followed quickly after. We were in and out in under an hour. Not the relaxing celebratory meal we had planned. The food was only fair; we felt like we got the dregs at the end of the night (fries were just tiny bits, and the bun was extremely dry). The kitchen was packing up before we were even finished. While there were some very good flavours in some of the dishes, we realize now, that if we give it another shot, we will book earlier, as we felt that they wanted us out the door.
Booked with ease for 3 persons, 2X adult, 1x child Sat. Aug 17 2024. This restaurant was recommended and I knew that this was one of Dale McKay's. Decided to go with the family style chef menu and upgraded to Beef Wellington. Food: We had mentioned no pork for one patron but when the 3 appetizers came out one was clearly a pork product with crostini and mixed mushrooms and saskatoon berry compote. We went "okay, not a problem" as there was two other apps this person could eat from; one of which was a shrimp based ceviche-like app and the other a mixed green salad with walnuts and shaved cheese. All 3 apps were delicious. Main Course: 1 rolled pasta that had pork and we upgraded to Beef Wellington ( this is to be shared) and we ordered another beef wellington to supplement since there was 3 guests. -Roulade of Pasta itself was delicious but the pork in it was salty where I would've appreciated it cooked separately to release some salt out of it versus in the cream itself. Pea shoots to garnish help balance the floating green peas. -Beef Wellington Taste of the wellington was average and lacked finishing salt. Plating was gorgeous The Dauphinoise potatoes that it came along with the dish was divine. I will have not opt to pay extra for the beef wellington should I dine here again. Dessert: S'more bites these came with the set menu and were a nicely executed take on the campfire treat. As we were celebrating our anniversary. Madelines were brought to the table. These were baked to order and perfection. It certainly is not the dessert I would lean towards to but was pleasantly surprised how delightful these were. The dulce dip was a nice addition to the powdered sugar dusting. A must order! Service: Greeted immediately at entry. All dishes were introduced at service in detail and dishes were served and tidied up at a good timing. Bar: Excellent drinks as they were balanced.
Our first time at Avenue did not disappoint. We did the 4 course option and so happy we did , Flavours like we've never experienced and we were surprised with the large portions . 10/10
