Came for the first time tonight specifically for wing night. The coke was definitely out of syrup.. the wings were terrible! Pure fat and super soggy. First thing the waitress says to us after we send back most of our meal was “sorry I can’t give anything off of the bill” as if it’s been happening more than once. Definitely don’t recommend this place for the food but we did have fun playing games with our daughter. Probably won’t be back.

After being seated there was a very long wait before the server arrived and took our drink orders. After another very long wait, the drinks arrived. The diet Pepsi tasted very watered down. Food arrived and was fairly good tasting, but some things were dramatically overpriced. (ie, $16 for 8 mozza sticks.) Drink refills took over 10 minutes despite being right beside the bar. Many staff members were standing around doing nothing, so it's not like they were too busy to deliver a single drink.Service like this decreases the chances of customers ordering additional food and drinks. It also makes customers want to leave rather than to stay and play the games around which the restaurant's entire concept revolves.The manager made all kinds of excuses and deflected any responsibility for the poor service. Must do better.

James the manager doesn't care if his staff is raci$t af as he is too. They treat indigenous people as less than human. Do NOT waste your time or hard earned money there!

Terrible experience. We came to celebrate a birthday party with a group of 7. The GM was decent, however the female bartenders old and young would not serve our group at the bar but served everyone else. When asked why they wouldn’t serve us, they gave horrible attitude. I can only conclude that we were the only visible certain minority. Not worth your money for cover charge before 11 pm, terrible service and overt racism.

Paid a cover charge only to be treated like I was a nuisance drinks were horrible wait staff was even worse and the manager forget about it pretty sure he did not care about anything said he would return never did.

Would I recommend an establishment that clearly reinforces racist practices? Ummm certainly not! I couldn’t believe that a wonderful and kind person such as my friend and family would be treated with such disrespect. I don’t know what is the problem with the staff at this establishment, but they need to get their head screwed on. Last time I checked, this is Canada, and we don’t go around treating others with disrespect. If you have a problem with First Nations people, then get out of the service industry. We don’t need YOUR KIND around our country. Absolutely disgusting! ?Side note: I’m just some white guy that could be served by your staff with no problem, and for no reason.
