I'll start by saying something nice: the location of this restaurant is great. Ufortunately, for me thats where it ends. Yesterday, a friend and I went for dinner. His steak was topped with a thick gravy, which they will say is "glaze". We politely mentioned our confusion about there being gravy to the server. It was just feedback, we weren't expecting anything out of it. Soon after, the restaurant manager was standing over us, wanting to know what the "issue" was. It was super unnecessary and a bit intimidating.

LOVE this place! Their lamb enchilada is amazing, great weekend brunch menu and of course $5 Taco Thursdays! I have never had a bad experience here. It is the best in the summer time when you can sit on the deck. Always recommend!

Attended for Mother in Law’s Birthday - Service was great, our server was friendly, helpful and accommodating to our large party!Majority of food was good! However my dish did come out cold, however they were eager to rectify this.Drinks & Charcuterie was very good!Not the most groundbreaking place ever, however nice vibe and food - good to go to grab a quick easy bite.Vegetarian options: A few veggie options! Not LOADS!

Lovely ambiance! I appreciate the fact that one can carry a conversation without having to speak at high decibels. The food is delicious. Their Lake fries are fantastic and if you like mussels you will be very pleased.The servers are kind. I will for sure keep coming back!

Loved it here for my first time after passing on my lake walks for so long. Bf took me here to get out of the snow and we had the best time, had a couple drinks (Willow Squeeze?? I think it's called, I had a pint and it was so good!) We also had the no bake full size nachos which were the best nachos we have ever had, no soggy chips and all the ingredients complimented each flavor so well plus the chips are house made. Perfect amount for us. Definitely look forward to going back again. Very nice staff and atmosphere
First and last expression , not impressed at all the moment we walked in,appointment mess up, they were other people walking all over which should have been told to wait thier turn, server is unattentive and poor service at all. Dissatisfied with food presentation and taste,food has no taste and literally look like a cat food.very upset and not coming back at all. Poor service, awful food, seems like employees are untrained and doesn't care about how the service at all.

This location is so beautiful! The deck overlooking the lake is breathtaking. Loved the food, cocktails not so much. Switched to wine because I knew that would be good. Well definitely be back!

I went with my wife and friends. It was an ok meal at best. The service was horrible. Despite the fact I had made reservations the hostess seated three couples, without reservations, ahead of me. She stated ‘first come first served’. I will not go back.

My visit to Bar Willow was a complete disappointment. My partner and I stopped by for a drink while walking by, but the experience left much to be desired. The waitress appeared visibly annoyed by our choice to have just a drink, which instantly created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, another server was outright rude when processing payment, slammed the payment machine on the table/looked away while we spoke to her. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of what should be a welcoming establishment. I won't be returning.
