Next time when you’re offering a promotion, honour it!!! Ordered the “BBOX BOGO” and online received one of them. Where’s the free box?!?! Worst establishment in the city. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Ordered for pick up and got there after 15 minutes which was what the pick up time was for. We got there and they hadn’t even started on our order and we had to wait almost 10 minutes to get our food. Regret tipping.

“Last night, I ordered a bean rice bowl through Uber Eats, and it was a complete disappointment. The bowl was drenched in sauce, the portion size was inadequate, and despite specifically requesting to add chips, they were missing from the order. Overall, it was a ridiculous experience — $25 completely wasted.”

I ordered hungry Grady, I simply wrote a note, on the extreme fries nd chips, put only queso sour cream nd onions but they put ground beef too nd I don’t eat beef that’s why I didn’t mentioned. So employees should focus on customer service.
