Amazing restaurant with Out of this world customer service. Today I had stopped in for a snack and was seated but a beautiful server I think by the name of Tricia? One of the best waitresses I’ve had so far! Not a single issue 10/10

We have eaten here several times, normally the food and service is good. Today, it was by far the WORST experience we have ever had at a restaurant! Came for brunch at noon. The restaurant wasn't overly busy. Not even half full. There was an older server who sat us, and from the start of our interaction she was absolutely miserable and rude! Being a food service manager myself, i just got off my shift. We were looking forward to a relaxing meal with friends who were coming to meet us. Our friends hadn't been here before. We had recommended it. When my husband and i were seated, we ordered coffee and water. She brought coffee, though no creamers. We had to ask 3 seperate times between 2 servers for creamers. By the time we got out creamers literally slammed in front of us by the older server, our coffee was cooling off though we thanked her. Everyone seemed frazzled, we assumed from a rush. Our friends joined us, ordered water w/ lemon. They waited 15 minutes for waters after having to remind the sever 2x. We ended up giving them ours in the meantime so they had something. When the drinks came, one had a fruit fly in it, but no lemon. They didnt ask again for lemon, just let that go. We let a different server, who was trying to take our order, know about the fruit fly. She was sweet, though was definitely frazzled. When topping off my coffee,the new stuff had lot of grounds. ? Lol. We felt bad for her. We totally get these things occur. Laughing it off to the younger server she got a new coffee for me. We werent sure though, who actually was our server. The older lady and the younger one both seemed to be, and the older one was noticeably upset when the younger one took our order.
The older server was very aggressive with us leaving our table uneasy. She was literally slamming cups, cutlery and our food down. Not friendly once. We waited a long time for our orders.
Unfortunately our friend was needing to go to work. Politely we asked if they started our orders in the kitchen, and explained that our friends needed to head out. We kindly explained if they hadn't started cooking it yet, to cancel our order as we had to head out.
The older angry lady snaps at us that they were "busy with a large group on the other side'. She walks away, then came back and said we're next up. Several minutes later she and the other server brought out our food. The angry lady slams the plate down HARD in front of my husband, making everyone at the table jump. Spilling his coffee onto the table and plate of food when the plate hit his cup. She storms off and that was the last we saw of her at our table. We watched her be absolutely nasty to the other server, loudly giving her heck for an issue in front of tables. Yet when we were paying she was on the other side of the restaurant being sweet as pie to the larger table. We felt bad for the other server. Our friends and us ate quickly and left appalled. We were not rude, nor acted entitled. We were being very kind and trying to be understanding, though the behavior of that lady was uncomfortable and abusive. We were embarrassed to have invited our friends to a place where they would have to endure such terrible treatment. It was shocking how horribly the older server's behavior was. We have seen her almost every time we've dined at this establishment, though never had the unfortunate experience to be served by her. Never again. Hopefully management nips in the bud how she treats diners and coworkers. It reflects horribly on the business.

The root beer was from the bottom of the barrel. It didn't taste like root beer. I told the waitress, and she still asked if I wanted a refill. I declined. She didn't offer me an alternative. The proper action would have been to remove it from the bill. That didn't happen either. This was my first time at The Bellagio. The waitress was morose and unfriendly. She was also inefficient. I won't be going back.

We had a reservation, but we still sat for an hour and a half did not have our food.

The one waitress at the front with glasses was also incredibly hostile and rude. Like actively insulting patrons.

The waitress we had for our table was at least polite but even after an hour and half she said we have no idea how long your order will be so we just left.

I've gone to this location multiple times and it just keeps getting worse. It was great when Smitty's was in there but it keeps going down hill. Today we decided to try it again because their home made soups are very good. It was busy so I wasn't expecting perfect service. 1 of the waitresses washed a booth and said we could sit. I am a bigger person and the tables in the booths are welded to the floor and nailed to the wall so you couldn't adjust the table at the booth. I saw tables along the back wall can move and were empty but still needed to be cleaned. I went up to the aame waitress who sat us and was starting to clean one of them. I said she sat us at that booth but I can't fit in. Would it be ok if we sat at one of these tables? She snapped at me and said I have to clean them first. I stood their shocked because I wasn't expecting that reaction. At first started to say that I understood but then realized she just snapped at me and I said no we'll go somewhere else. Can't believe she felt she can treat customers like that. We will never go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went for lunch today. Parking lot empty, 2 others at a table. New waitress. We have been eating here for quite some time now, always very good food no matter what we ordered. Waitress was a lovely older lady, who was overworked. Today worst breakfasts ever. Eggs benny disgusting. Hollandaise sauce had separated so looked like curdled grease on soggy muffin. Potatoes soft, cold like it went into microwave for few seconds. Order eggs not runny, they were. Then I found half a toothpick in my mouth as I chewed my cold soggy toast. Lucky I didn’t swallow it. That finished me. Poor waitress, none of this her fault. One of my friends is still feeling ill. Unacceptable and won’t ever go back. I wasn’t charged for the toothpick but Benny’s, full price. Unacceptable.

This place is a hidden gem. The portions are huge, the service is friendly, and it's a nice, peaceful place with well-made meals and a perfect breakfast. I highly recommend it if you want a reasonably priced, quality meal.
