Don't show up before 7:20am or you will have to wait. When I travel to Regina I try to start the day off with booster juice. The lady that works the 7:00am shift doesn't understand what it means to open at 7:00am. I won't be going back to this location until they hire someone capable of showing up to work on time. This isn't a one time occurrence. This place is never open and able to serve the customers before 7:15-7:20am.

I made a spontaneous decision to go into this location today and the first thing which stood out was how clean it was. I proceeded to look at their menu board and the employees were pleasant and patient in answering my questions about some of their products. I walked out with three smoothies, though I had intended to only buy one. I will definitely be back!

I love going here for some lunchtimes, or after exercise! The staff is excellent, I get the nuttin' better, and it's always consistent without the big clumps you get at some other places. The staff also recognizes me, and I basically don't even have to give my order haha, I highly recommend!

I went to buy some fresh juice this afternoon, and experienced worst customer service, guy was ok, smiling and making juices, but the girl who was serving us, I have ask for the fresh juice menu, she just made face on us, flip the menu with so much attitude like we have asked for something not related to her work , no smile at all, no welcome at all, doesn’t look like she was happy to work over there. I remember her name but don’t want to mention. Customer goes to store, spend money on products and also expect some good customer service and warm welcome.
The worst customer service i came in having a good morning and said good morning to the staff they did not even say hello they kept their backs turned to me and never once said one min ill be right with you this is the worst customer service I have ever had at any booster juice the lady working just kept juicing somthing iam very disappointed I've came here for many years and now ill be finding a different place to get my juicing

I went in at 9 PM yesterday and asked for carrot juice and the guy was just sitting and said He cleaned his machine for juices and smoothies. So I was like what's the point in opening the store till 10 PM. Very Disappointing.
