Very berry is always sumptuously tasting for me! In addition, they have very pleasant staff at the Cornwall centre! Giving 4 stars because I think it’s quite pricey! I don’t honestly think smoothies should cost this much!

If I could give a -1 for customer service I most certainly would do that. The 3 girls working here today are whispering in their language, laughing and spilling juice all over the place like a zoo. I asked them to eliminate apple juice from and substitute water and they said they could not because it wouldnt taste well. I told them about my sensitivity to apples and that I order the same thing from every single booster juice all across Canada on my road trip and never had an issue. I then said “then I will not order anything” and they called ahead the next person in line... no apology, just rudeness. I asked to speak to a manager, and they said there was no number to contact them. Very extremely disappointed!!

Seems this location is always out of things, doesn't realize until you've already paid.If I get any type of food that requires warming I have to say I want it cooked extra time just to get it back still cold.There are enough other smoothie options in the mall (freshii, orange julius). You guys need to step your game up.

Asked the women working not to include any dairy (yogurt) or whey isolate protein powder in my tropi-kale smoothie, as I eat a plant based diet and do not costume any animal by-products... I watched them add the protein to the smoothie mix and then proceed to lie to my face when I asked if she did in error, instead of simply remaking it. I will never shops at booster juice again.. Disgusting, terrible customer service.
