Huge 5 star to my favorite worker. I never remember to ask for your name. Long brown hair, darker skin and always wearing a black shirt, she is a regular worker. Always super kind and hard working! Keep up the great work! You are great.

Place itself is fine. However, when you dont blend the smoothie long enough, it isn't quite... smooth-y. There were a fair amount of chunks i had to power suck through the straw when they became lodged. From how hard Skylar was hitting the tablet to punch in the order, it seemed like we were running her patience thin. i guess it's very stressful not having a line up and only one customer prior.

Dropped in about 12:30 today with 3 family members. Store was busy with one staff person (Kai) serving customers. She was patient, and pleasant and offered super customer service even when things were getting very busy. Great service and excellent smoothie!

I come here almost twice a week atleast, all employees are great today I got served by Zioa , excellent smoothie. But there is this one person Idk who is she but she was really rude and when i was just inquiring she in a really bad way told me , I an working here for 3 years so I know. This is not a correct way to deal with customer. Idk who she is, but the manager should take care of her. I also thought to cancel order but giving 4 stars just because of Zioa and other hardworking employees. But hope that Costumer caring should be taught to the rude person, she really needs training. The worst thing is once i came to gave order of heavenly horizon and she just told me that I am tired and I wont make it. And this is a true event.

I love the very berry! I always get it with an energy booster, and I feel refreshed. Lovely staff, Daffodylle is very knowledgeable on what each booster does- I may try the warrior one next time. Also super cool rewards system!

I thought I would give this location another chance from the last time i was in BUT NOPE NEVER again!! The young gal who has blonde hair and dark roots HATES HER JOB! I asked for my drink always to be more runnier then thick. The gal at the front very friendly I must say said sure no problem. The blonde hair gal NOPE NOT TODAY SHE SAIS - gave it to me so thick I couldn't not get it threw the straw!! Great job girl! you obviously applied for a job there RIGHT ? then why did you express such hatred towards it today? time to grow up a bit. I will never return to this location even if it was the last one in the city. Shae made my experience terrible. The young man with glasses was friendly and the cashier as well . DRINK WAS TASTELESS BTW BECAUSE SHE MADE IT SO THICK. 10$ down the drain .

Always polite, fast service; delicious, consistent products, and clean environment. I’m a big fan. Had another great experience tonight zipping in and out before a meeting and had to post. Management should definitely add a tip option to the debit machine thought because no one has cash for the tip jar.
