First off I would like to say this restaurant had impeccable service. I would just like to shout out our server Sebastian B, he was exceptional. I am came down here from Ontario to visit my family and they took to here. We were a party of 20+ and Sebastian was our only server. He was respectful, polite, a nice sense of humour, extremely patient with and we truly had a good time. The food was 10/10, customer service 10/10. Sebastian exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this Boston Pizza, very clean, nice atmosphere , good food and exceptional customer service. Thank you again Sebastian, keep up the good work! Always remember, YOU MATTER ?

Tonight we 18 mins for a server to come and ask if we wanted drinks. He said sorry about that wait you want do food and drink order now. We placed our order they brought me out half of mine. Was waiting for him to come back to tell him I was missing food. He never did my daughter ended up calling him over. He never came and asked us to refill our drinks. Our table was sticky and dirty when we were seated. Very disappointing experience

Went on Canada Day the food was fantastic but our server was not. We only saw her at the end to pay the bill, we had to ask her for a refill on our drinks. Don't remember her name but she seemed more bent on looking after the table that came in after us. The server that did serve us was named Mckenzie and she was fantastic. I wish she would have been our server right until the end because I would have left her a huge tip.

Always love going here with a little one who has celiac our options are limited when we go out and they make sure everything is cooked alone to avoid cross contamination
Most of the food was OK, but portions were severely lacking from what we are use to.
Our fries came out with the entire plate covered in grease that wasn't drained. We ordered a drink off the menu and the server said "we don't have that".
We were left for 15mins, waiting to order, without being checked on. Server didn't even look at us when he brought our food. Basically neglected our entire meal.

Wife was served raw chicken in her sandwich, waitress pretty much flat out said the kitchen didnt care at all. She was good but I mean, theres another review from just 3 weeks ago about people getting food poisoning. Might need a visit from the health inspector.
