We went there as soon as it opened at 11 AM. The server chucked our menus and crayons at us and walked away. Then she proceeded to mess up on each of our meals, complaining how busy it was even though there were only two other families there. We went to use the women’s bathroom and the toilet paper holders were ripped off the stalls so there was no toilet paper. The food was OK, but it’s a very rundown place.

It's a little expensive but very tasty. I love the chicken nuggets over the pasta. It tastes really good. I loved the garlic bread very much. The pizza was average, like any pizza I've had elsewhere. The staff are really friendly, but they might keep your change as a tip without you saying so.

Reservation for 11. Was ready on time, and food and drinks came out great and very quick. Waitress was top notch, no mistakes and pleasant to deal with!! First time for me at this location and now thanks to tonight, it won't be the last! Well done BP North Albert.

Recently, an order placed was improperly delivered. Every staff member from hostess to manager were super kind, approachable and able to make accommodations to ensure the order was corrected and delivered!
It was much appreciated!
In terms of atmosphere, I cannot comment as I wasn’t there in person but I can assure you, if there were the same personalities, attitude and costumer care I would say it would be a 5 out of 5!

My husband ordered Bandera bread to go got it home and can't even eat it.... hard , overcooked old and dry. Can't believe they would serve that to someone, total waste of $20.. straight to the garbage!!

Excellent service for a large group booking. Small pizza is 8 pieces- 1 person can eat. Not cheap, but the food is good
Boston pizza used to be the place to go for pizza. It’s gone downhill and overpriced these days not a big fan anymore.
