after long working day we stopped at regina and ordered food from Boston pizza and spent 100$ on food items we ordered chicken wings they were good but lasagna and hungry carnivore was shittiest food we ever had . paid extra for items on top of them none of them were on there . Food was literally tasteless . There was not enough meat on both meals , Boston is going out of game now .

Okay twice in a row at this location, bad service . No service and when I say no service I mean we were seated and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes . No drink order was taken . My wife ,my mother and myself all chose what we wanted and then waited and waited ! New customers came in and they were served . In the less than half full restaurant, It was like we were invisible ! Never will I ever go back the invisible treatment is worse than a rude server ! Please save yourself some time and head to Houston pizza . The were fast friendly and we had our food long before we would have ever gotten our food at BP's. Never again!

We were pretty disappointed to find out the fryer was down when we visited. It meant that a large portion of the menu was unavailable, and we couldn't order the items we originally came for. The food we did get was okay, but the very limited selection really impacted the experience.

My server was great. She was so kind the entire time, and was always there anytime I needed something. Even when there was something I disliked she got the manager to take it off the bill.
The service was amazing, enjoyed our meal. Would definitely recommend 👌

We went to celebrate my son’s birthday at Boston Pizza our experience with our server kate was excellent she always come to check on us even the manager tyler always ask us if we need everything. Best experience ever

Extremely disappointed with my service here. Although the waitress was helpful and nice. A waiter with a beard walking around glaring at me and my family. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks. And a little over an hour for our food. A family of four were seated next to us. They got their drink within minutes. And their food was delivered way before our first drink was served. My children didn’t want to eat their cold food. And my burger was a reheated burger. So all in all they treated some people better than others. These are great places to eat. But that location is being dumped by the help. Needless to say the waitress was clearly upset with the 3$ tip on a 145$ bill. I said it was reflection of the service at your establishment.

Addison (Addyson?) the waitress was amazing to me and my mom during our visit today. She was very sweet, lighthearted and talkative but not pushy or annoying. Her food delivery was very timely (thanks to the cooks, too!) and she was mindful to not interrupt conversation. She didn’t make us feel uncomfortable asking for other things to be dropped off at the table, and even RAN out of the restaurant to give us our leftovers we forgot! Absolute gem, BO’s is lucky to have her!
