This is my favourite restaurant and location in the city. I recently visited another restaurant (liberty) after my daughter was begging to come to Boston Pizza and it was a mistake.
We came on Wednesday night and Mikayla was working (I asked her permission to mention her). Now this isn’t bias even though we really love BPs. We love it because of the atmosphere, location, and attention to detail that they give to the kids (kids menu, kids colouring sheets, high chairs, boosters, kids mocktails, treasure chest toys, seats big enough for car seats etc.) my daughter enjoys being pampered by staff every time we come!
However, this particular night Mikayla made the experience even better 5/5. She was the best waitress I’ve ever had and deserves a raise! She was considerate, knowledgeable of my gluten-free food substitutes for the menu, and attentive to our table for our entire visit. Also very personable and made great conversation. I recommend going just to receive the service she provided. We will be back very soon.
As well, the entire night we went to a new restaurant all we could do was compare it to the experience at this BP’s so that says a lot. I should have just listened to my daughter and came here to begin with!

Had a delicious meal last night at Boston Pizza’s Rochdale location. They were so busy, every table full and yet my glass was never empty. Great service and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Our server ayn was FANTASTIC! Love them but I get that the kids can be hard to deal with for some but she did GREAT. She was attentive and adjusted our orders just the way we wanted too. We were one of her first customers it’s nice to see her doing so well. Highly recommend chocolate explosion and mediterranean (watch for the sizing she told me mediums can be bigger than expected and she was right)!

The service was good. However, our food was mediocre. The cactus cuts were greasy, so therefore soggy and the pizza was okay. I told the waiter & he said he’d let the back know, but no replacement for cactus cuts were offered. Won’t be returning to this location.

The manager Thursday July 31, 2025, disrespected a server in front of his co-workers and customers. I was disgusted by this behavior. The young man server was very uncomfortable and embarrassed. You don't reprimand an employee in front of everyone. This should of been a private discussion. We are regulars at this Boston pizza and I will go to the other BPs in the south end, where they respect their employees.
I ordered my favorite chicken alfredo and quesadilla from Boston Pizza Rochdale Blvd. Branch through phone for pick up as I was craving for it. It was really one of my cravings since i got pregnant. It was just disappointing when i opened the container that my pasta doesnt have any tomato and mushroom :( its still creamy though but it really lack the flavor of the veggies. The server was friendly though and the service was fast. I was just really sad with my pasta🥺 I was not able to have what Im craving for🥺

Please train your host better. I called in to make a pick up order on Thursday night and I happen to get on the phone with a new host (which is fine). However, I repeated to her three times that I wanted extra fries on my order and she acknowledged it and even read my order and said there was extra fries on it. However, when I got there to pick it up, there were no extra fries. I understand people make mistakes, but this is the second time it’s happened before and it’s getting ridiculous.

I'm not sure if our waitress was inexperienced, but she didn't answer my questions about how the specials/discount worked accurately which resulted in me questioning the charges on the bill as I had already asked how it worked but was unfortunately mis-informed.
She brought me coffee but no sugar that I had requested & no spoon. She also didn't hear me order one of our two appetizers so I had to order it again after the first appetizer arrived. Food was okay but the service was a bit frustrating because of the miscommunications.
