They were not overly busy but service was fast friendly and the waitress checked on us several times , The food was excellent , it was a great atmosphere for a family of five to visit comfortably

My boyfriend and I always come here and we always get great service, especially from a waitress named Bella. She is so sweet and knew our order before we even ordered! On top of the incredible service, the food is always really good. The Buffalo chicken wings are amazing.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Server took drink and food orders and food came out in a timely manner. However after food was recieved that was the end of service. We asked for drink refrills from another server. After nothing came out we had to leave the table to ask for drink refills from someone I assume was a manager. Then after we finished we still had to wait for a bill and boxes. Over all just not a great experience.

Took over a hour to receive my delivery. Items were missing. I called and they sent them out, but it took about a half hour. My chicken burger had pickles, I asked for no pickles. My lettuce was rotten.

Ordered food and was cold in the middle. My girlfriend said people were looking in the stall while in the bathroom. There weren’t many people in the restaurant so not a very good atmosphere. Serves seemed really rude.

We ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered to the Comfort Inn Suites Hotel just a few blocks north of their restaurant. When I ordered I asked if they delivered or should I pick it up? Which was more convenient for them? They said they would deliver it in 30-40 minutes. About an hour later I called them again to ask where our order was? He went and asked and said that the delivery guy had just left with it. So 15 minutes later I called them again. He confirmed that it would be right there. 10 minutes later I called again and was very disturbed about all their lies. He said that the driver was just about there. I then said well if this was what they called service then maybe they should just keep it? So then a while later some from our group seen a vehicle which was probably their delivery driver, sitting in our parking lot on his phone. Then he left. After that our teenagers were all starving so we went to a different pizza restaurant and sat in for our supper. What a a terrible experience BP's put us through. I can't imagine what type of employees they have. It was all the lies that made me so upset. All while having our entire party of six wondering were on earth they were and what would it even be like after all that time? Most of us guessed that it would be like eating day old cold pizza? I don't know if that's what they normally do, I just know that's what happened to us.

The server didn’t have much of a personality, didn’t smile or when we said thank you to her on numerous occasions she would walk away and go have conversations with other tables. The manager also walked around looking angry never once smiling or conversing with any table or customer to ensure they were pleased with the food.
The food was okay it came out hot (for once) but the size of the burger patty was anticlimactic, a big bun doesn’t make it. A better burger.

First thing I noticed was how clean it was. Very clean. Our server came to our table promptly and was very friendly. Beers were served quickly and food platter followed in timely fashion. Was a nice end to our work day. We'll definitely be back.
