Was there today with my 3 year old Grandaughter. 1230 left at 2. Service was dreadful. There were maybe 4 booths of people in the place with 2 to 4 people. 2 servers and a guy who knows what he was doing. I actually had to track down a server to finish my dine in. They kept walking by but no one stopped. I felt rude when I abruptly asked for service but couldn't help myself. I will be a long time returning. Kid friendly NO. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The pizza sent to me through Skip the Dishes was awful! The pizza was cold and very poorly made. I think they took an old cheese pizza and threw ham and pineapple on top and sent it out. It was gross. Disappointed. I won’t order from here again.

Been awhile since I've had a family outing so we decided to go to BPs Rochdale and completely unsatisfied with the lack of "service". We had our drinks ordered but 15 minutes later we were still waiting and the waitress took our food order. What seemed to look like the manager she kept looking over at us when the only thing we had on the table was serving plates and napkins. 25 mins later still no drinks we left.

I just ordered $62 in food and picked it up today on march 3,2024 9:30ish, and there were bugs/flies inside my saladbox.I shot a video with documentation and called the store; they claimed everything would be closed shortly and that I should call in the morning. Do I have to wait until the morning to take my dinner?My dinner is a waste now, so is my money.I can't eat this because there are live flies walking through your salad. And don't know how they baked the pizza and pasta with whats inside.!

It was my son's birthday and he wanted to go to Boston Pizza. The staff was so accommodating and even let us bring a cake. They lit the candles and brought it out to us. I'm super happy with the experiance.
