New years night 2024 , 6 pm we arrived for supper and sat in the mostly empty lounge and the waitress told us to leave as the restaurant was too busy. Of course we asked to speak with the Manager (polite) but and again asked us to leave because they had too many online orders. Please understand we sat in the lounge which can sit likely 20 to 25 tables and there were 4 or 5 tables with customers at the time so maybe 25% full at the most . The restaurant dining area also had about the same number of tables with customers. In our 65 years on this planet we have never been told by a manager to leave because they refused to service customers because onine orders are more important than people in their restaurant, they wanted to cater to online orders first. Unbelievable , rude experience, this appears to be a manager understaffing on a big holiday, new years evening. This is a Boston Pizza in Regina at Acre 21 which we ' use to ' eat at every week or two , no longer will we be making this restaurant a regular visit. Terrible experience. Condescending rude waitress made the experience worse.

I’ve eaten at probably 100 BP’s over the years and I’ve never had such terrible service. We were placed in the back corner and it took over 20 minutes to get our drink orders taken by grabbing the attention of a supervisor. Took another 20 minutes to get someone to take our food order and when we asked that server if he was our server he said “I actually don’t know.” One of the food orders arrived with a mistake and had to be remade. Overall we were in the restaurant almost 2 hours and were ignored almost the whole time.

says it closed at 1:00, tried to walk in at 12:00 and doors were locked but people were in there. At least leave a note at the door, we had a bunch of people try to meet and had moved all our plans.

The absolute worst experience I could’ve experienced! Our waiter was a little bit everywhere kind of like she was a bit flustered but that wasn’t the issue I had. My issue was I had to wait over an hour for my food and I had just placed a simple order. I watched people who were seated well after get their food first and leave. Someone who came to join our party 40 minutes later even got her food before me and she ordered a more complex meal compared to mine. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Even the other guests I was dining with were appalled by the service I received compared to the rest of them. I will definitely not be going back.

Super impressed. Our server Emma frequently checked on us and got whatever we needed. When it got busy a few of the other staff came by and checked on us and got us a to-go box as well. Despite the business had very little waiting time overall for anything we needed. Food was amazing as well.

After a disappointing burger at Birmingham’s, I wanted to see how @bpeastregina compared. I ordered the Boston-Sized Burger, forgetting that it was 2 quarter pound patties until it was tight front of me. BUT! I ate it all. And I am pleased to say that it was good! I ordered it with an upgraded side of garlic parm fries.
Burger was juicy and exactly want you want in a burger. There isn’t anything special about it, but that’s what made it good.
However, FRIES were the star of the show.
I wholeheartedly appreciate that they didn’t hold back on the garlic. The dipping sauce that it comes with is phenomenal. Although, I would ask for the fries to be strained. I know they were tossed with a garlic oil, but they were literally swimming in oil. Like I had at least 2 Tbps of oil on my plate from the fries.
Other than that, fries were immaculate. Burger was good!

Placed a pickup order and once the order was opened up at home noticed an item was missing. Called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with was initially very helpful and wanted to ensure the issue was resolved. I was told the missing item would be delivered in 15-20 minutes however proceeded to wait over an hour to receive it. We order from Boston Pizza regularly but will for sure need to start double checking the order before leaving the restaurant.
