(If this goes against Google TOS on naming employees, please tell me, I'll remove the pictures)I had gone in with some classmates since this location was specifically on a list of places for us to do a photography challenge (which for atmpshere points was VERY well lit with the natual light and we got great pictures there). I thought some coffee making photos would look cool, and my classmate asked the staff if I could take them. We were told yes (and to tag them on IG). So these guys went above and beyond to humor me when it wasn't very busy. Hope the photos look good! And my classmate who doesn't usually like coffee really liked the latte. Top teir staff for endulging me, they all deserve a raise, and respect customer service workers.

I always go in for a coffee and for lunch on a regular basis. The staff is excellent! Always greeting everyone with pleasant hellos and a smile. Karen and the rest of the staff are so nice. Always asking if I am staying or going that day. I typically have the bean burrito which is so tasty and a good source of protein. On the days they have the tomato bisk soup, I will have the soup and grilled cheese, so good. For the mornings I will have the vegetarian chipotle egg wrap, which is very good. It all keeps me coming back .Thanks,

During my recent visits to the Downtown location, I have encountered some rather unfortunate experiences. On multiple occasions, the staff, specifically the female employees, have inaccurately prepared my orders. When I brought the discrepancies to their attention, I was met with a hostile attitude from one employee who, instead of remaking the order, hastily added a syrup and nearly thrust the cup in my direction. Additionally, there was an instance where I ordered a London Fog, and to my dismay, it was the worst I've ever had. The beverage was served cold, with the milk poorly frothed, far from the usual quality I expected. Guest cannot feel being welcomed there.

On a work trip and was searching for cafes with vegan options. I had the veggie sandwich. The barista never asked me if I want my sandwich toasted. Or if i want my coffee for here or to go. I came into enjoy my morning and I received my sandwich in plastic wrap, super cold and my coffee to go.I asked another worker if the sandwiches usually come like this and she kindly toasted it for me.Warmed up, the sandwich tasted better but it was really just very bland. Although the coffee was made very good, so I would come back just to have a coffee.m

Used to be a really great evening spot. We dont go there much as they literally have no evening hours. Think people like myself look for evening coffee shops as we work most of the day.

I wasn't sure what to get, wasn't feeling a coffee, so I got a chai tea latte on a whim. I'm not a big tea guy, but I can say that this chai tea latte was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely try it again in the future.
