The front is completely empty. Spent 20 minutes trying to get the attention of the staff who I can hear is on a videocall with comeone so I can order my food and coffee. No response at all.

First time having to throw out full tube of tooth paste going through security. Not even opened. What a joke!!
Hey James Bogusz, If you are going to hold people hostage in the customs area for couple hours waiting for luggage with little kids crying because of inappropriate staffing levels maybe put in some more seating... Or let me unload my own bags for the plane. Holy crap this is brutal and it gets worse and worse every year.
Was unaware this existed here. I was given takeaway from a friend as a sample to see how good it was and was surprisingly well made, comparable to something available at the st lawrence market area in tdot. It's good that the YVR airport has managed to attract a quality snackery like this. You won't even find something that comes this close at the Toronto airport cafes. Having a snackery that's found at Charles de Gaulle in a smaller volume airport like YQR is quite something. I see ppl complaining about the price, these are typical airport terminal snackery prices, Toronto pearson has no name cafes that sell old sandwiches for $20 a piece 😂

YQR is amazing in its ability to continually set the bar lower. Every time I go to the airport I don’t think it can actually get worse, but they manage to! Staff levels are often inappropriate for the amount of travellers. The services past security are, um, amazingly slow. Maybe Saskatchewan can’t support 2 international airports. 0 out of 5
Super expensive at least 3 dollars more for normal sandwiches.
Drink prices are 2 dollars more than normal.
Muffin and coffee 6 dollars.
Americano should be one price..as it is espresso diluted with hot water.

At 5:45 on July 8th the display case is completely empty, apart from three items
I had asked for a ham and Swiss sandwich and the clerk was reluctant, even reached for a turkey sandwich ( hoping for me to change my mind) until I asked if she could make me a ham and Swiss fresh please… there was nobody else in line. I had spent $19 on a sandwich sprite and small soup which wasn’t good at all the sandwich was made soggy by the vegetables that got warmed up with the rest of the sandwich. Eating warmed soggy lettuce and tomato is not pleasant.
My sprite was cool at best and I requested a small cup of ice and she said she would have to charge me for a drink !? And finally to top it off I went a found a place to eat and got everything out of the bag …. There were no napkins. This place is a joke save your money if you didn’t have to wait for a ride … just wait until your out of the airport.

The food here is amazing staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it can get a little pricey. I got a blue berry and strawberry Danish and a croissant with ham, cheese and a omelette.

Best place ever the food is delicious? The staff are also super nice and the food is always fresh whenever I go
Not worth the price. Might as well buy at tims or make sandwiche at home.

Absolutely delicious food! Try the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The customer service was also great and the gentleman was super friendly.
Good pastry selection. Friendly staff.
Asked for just a medium steamer - steamed milk with no syrup or any extras. She told me that although they are a "coffee shop and bakery" they did not have that function on their till and so instead she charged me for a full tea latte. Absolutely ridiculous. Something that would have cost $3 and starbucks came out to $5. Not so much a matter of price but unwillingness and poor customer service. Will not be going back here.
