If you are looking for fast food at lunchtime forget it , I was the first one in at 12:23 before a lunch rush placed my order was given a # to take to my table and they would bring me my food , they gave my food to someone else and it still took 30 minutes for me to get an order , then to make things up I'm guessing they just gave me a boatload of fries didn't ask if there was anything they could do just crap loads of fries sorry I can't eat all of that, even when offering to get me my fires while I wait for the burger that still took 10 minutes and I was watching the clock by this time as I only get an hour for lunch . Over priced, poor service, decent not great food , and the audacity to ask for a tip.

Tonight I visited the South Albert St location in Regina Saskatchewan. While Fat Burger has always been a family favourite in our house, todays visit has changed that opinion. I went in person to order for takeout supper for my husband and I. The interaction was difficult from the beginning as I ordered 2 bacon cheddar burgers in the king size burger format. The cashier struggled to understand me and told me I could order cheese and bacon on my burger but that the bacon cheddar burger didn’t come in that size. I felt frustrated that already my order was not going as planned. But continued to order 2 of the new Texas sized milkshakes and a bag of fries. The order came to $42 and i sat down to wait for the order. As I looked around I felt sad for the condition of the restaurant. The juice machines were emptied and not in use, the tables were dirty, old food debris caked the garbage cans and their surroundings, in general the store smelt dirty. The next disappointment came when my shakes were delivered and looked nothing like the pictures displayed at the till, there was no whip cream. Then my food was delivered to me in a stapled closed bag and I left to drive home. When I got home to eat with my husband I discovered there was only 1 burger in the bag. My aggravation hit its limit as I’m now tired and hungry and this was the third failure of the order. I called the store to report the error and they informed me that it was my mistake and has only ordered one burger and should have noticed the discrepancy on the screen when paying. I reminded them of the difficulties the cashier had understanding my order and that he had in fact called another employee over to help. As well that at a $42 total I had assumed everything was on the order. The supervisor on staff then offered me to drive there and pick up the burger. This resolution was not acceptable to me. To drive there and back would take me approximately 40 minutes and by then my milkshakes would be melted, fries cold and husband already fed. I wanted a credit for the order I was supposed have ordered and enjoyed together, as a good gesture towards the fact I was now without supper as planned and evening plans ruined. The supervisor said no and I asked to speak to a manager. The person on the phone was then rude and said “sure, he’ll call you Monday” and hung up the phone. I had to then call back and remind him he hadn’t taken my phone number for the manager to call. I have little faith this situation will be resolved in a fashion that would ever make me come to that store again or any Fat Burger location again. I remember when this location opened and the pride the owner had as he served customers. I can only assume that it has since changed ownership and is no longer anything to be proud of. At the least I hope the franchise takes a look at the insanitary conditions of the store before it makes someone physically ill. It’s nice to know that offering 2 burgers, fries and milkshakes was not worth retaining a long term customer.

This place has gone downhill. The food was terrible and the restaurant is filthy. We all had a hamburger and the Pattie’s were cold and old. Bun was stale. The fries were over cooked and very hard. Steer clear of here.

The buns were old and crumbly. the milkshakes were runny and they were out of whipped cream. The lemonade fountains were not in use. There was no ice. The chicken came out dark and over done. They must have had old deep fryer oil. They misunderstood most of our order. The women's bathroom smelled like sewer back up.

Well where do I begin… I knew the first owner that started fat burger 3-4 years ago. Since the new owners and Covid, I haven’t been there for awhile. Bathrooms were absolute mess, thinnest toilet paper that they could buy, soap was watered down (with Covid and sickness that shouldn’t be allowed). The mini donuts were stale and overcooked the caramel sauce that you dip them in was water, cheap of the cheap. My meal cost $72 for three people how long does it take you to make $72. Hamburgers where charged and over done. Not to mention when I called the manager he took no responsibility for this and argued with me. Fat burger was a fat disappointment and I hope the manager reads this because I told him I was going to put a negative review on.

My granddaughter and I went to Fat Burger for supper last night. That was the best burger I have had in a very long time. My granddaughter's chicken tender poutine was also delicious. The fries are awesome. Also very friendly and polite staff. Can't wait to go back.

These are BURGERS, they were huge and delicious. A little on the pricey side compared to regular fast food places but the quality is obvious. The onion rings are also probably the best we've ever had!
