First of, this is a real traditional authentic Chinese restaurant. I think their style is similar to Hunan cuisine. So, if you want to eat Canadian Chinese food (chicken balls and fried rice) then stay away. Its a real gem of an establishment catering to the Chinese pallet. So if you want some spicy food that does not compromise. This is the place!

More traditional than I'm used to.I got the chicken in brown sauce. It was supposed to be spicy and while it didn't have a kick to it, it certainly catches up to you. The chicken is cooked in cut up chunks bone in skin on. I'm not a fan of bone in food unless it's a grilling steak. The food wasn't bad but just different than I'm used to.The sticky rice was very sticky and very good. The food came fast and hot it's just different than I'm used to. The prices were very reasonable.I was originally drawn to the roasted duck advertised on the outside which is about $10 a pound and I imagine is something like chicken wings as I'm sure the bone is still in on this. I didn't feel like I threw my money away.I wouldn't recommend this unless it was some one REALLY wanting something very different and more traditional.The food was good enough, just something different.
