On October, 6/ 2024, I came to this location to pick up my order, and the guy who was working at the drive thru at 12:50am, told me that my order will take approximately 5 minutes and he made me wait for 30 minutes and he served all the customers who came even after me. I asked him what happened to my order and he was ignoring me and not responding. 30 minutes later he came and started shouting and swearing at me for not being patient. I told him that he told me to wait only for 5 minutes and it is his fault but he kept cursing me and he threw my order and went back inside the restaurant. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with and I’m not coming back to this restaurant again.

I started ordering a fish burger from the drive thru but they gave me stale burger and I had requested them to give me a fresh one and they took me 10 minutes. Even then they gave me stale burger and the guy's customer dealing was not good at all because I have been here in Regina for 10 years and I always order burgers from Burger King, but his customer dealing was not good and . His name is Prabbav he's tomach arguments So the burger was very old and the fish had too much oil in it.as if the fish had been made fish again. ???

Fries tasted bitter and the burger patty was like more than 10 15 hours older. If staff dont want to serve customers then say no over the face only dont feed us like this. Will never ever order from here again

The lady working the drive-thru on September 13th, 2024, was incredibly nice to deal with. Even though we were dining in, she made the effort to leave the window to get us napkins and ketchup when the other staff were nowhere to be found.

We went today with my coworker and the person was so rude to us. Even she gave me the wrong drink and told her what I wanted. It was a super bad experience. I recommend having better personal than treating goods to the customer. We are from different countries and we deserve the same respect.

Every time i order through drive thru, food is always old and stale. The cooks dont care. The servers dont care. Tried to get them to refund me and wouldnt. I highly suggest staying away. "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK"
