I order from here weekly as my son has to have his whopper on Mondays. Service is always fast and good and quality of food is fine. I almost always just use the app to order and unlike some other Burger Kings, they make it right away instead of waiting for you to get there then telling you to park and wait.

Service was very fast and friendly. Staff were well mannered and professional. Unfortunately the food you can at 2:00 am isn't the warmest or fresh. That's to be expected, though. All around, a good experience

I don't mean to be rude, but I'm sick of writing one star reviews. I get that it's a lot to manage in a workplace with customers and food, but the quality tonight was just inexcusable.
Ordered a roadhouse king as I often do, generally a pretty tasty sandwich. But the cold and wet morsel I received tonight may have put me off for a long time.
I'll change my rating if after time I go back and quality improves.
Hard to get something done right these days.

I had a very hurtful experience . I went thru to be drive thru window. Ordered 8 chicken McNuggets with fries and drink. They where not fully cooked when I got home. Called thf next day spoke to a gentlemen explained . He sez he wud make note of it. And sez that come in whenever and I wud receive a free meal. Went in last nite around 9 . A tall women with curly blonde hair . I explained. She sez there was nothing written down . Accused me of more or less coming in for a free meal Like lying. Then walk away and she totally ignored me. I will never go back to your location. And I don't want a free meal . Very upset and totally. Embarrassed

2 times I went for a whopper and they said they can’t make any whoppers so I order a spicy chicken and they give me an original chicken I would just like to get what I order please. This is the drive thru I ordered a spicy chicken meal Today and they again give me an original chicken how hard is it to give the proper order
Make sure to check your food before leaving the drive thru. Got all the way home and f the order is missing. Tried to call & they won’t answer the phone. Love paying for an entire order and getting ripped off.

I order here from SKIP once in a while and it's always worth it. The prices on SKIP are much more reasonable than what you get in most other places. The food is also great, I'm especially fond of the bacon double cheeseburger and poutine.
It's quick, affordable, and tasty. Can't ask for much more in todays economy.
