Went for a quick late-night snack and the experience was awful. The drive-thru line was long, and one car even left because of the wait. When it was finally our turn, the AI started taking our order but got cut off, then a staff member said “just a second.” We sat there for about 5 minutes with no response. When we drove up to the window, the staff were just standing around chatting. Their excuse? That our car “didn’t register.” But our dashcam even recorded the voice proof that they answered us. No reason for that kind of service.

I'm done with this location. When I order a plain burger and the lady at the window assures me that the burger will be made without cheese and I get cheese regardless, it's impossible to describe how disappointed I am with such terrible service.
There are some nights I came here and ended up waiting 20-30 minutes for my food, and I end up having to drive back up to the window to ask what's going on, only for my food to be handed to me lukewarm and soggy. At least I know what to expect from other businesses, here it's a gamble on everything. I will not be returning due to such incompetence of running a drive-thru.

They are very clean place to eat. They do all food safe prep and PPE. The staff are really polite and kind. And they know how to get things done. They got my order spot on. And there food at this Burger King all come here anytime. I have been coming here the last few years and I got nothing but positives.

Found a fly in the bottom of my poutine after eating half of it. I'm so disgusted by it I couldn't eat another bite. Hopefully I can get my money back too, I'm very unhappy

Usually always go here decent food. Just ordered chicken fry’s half of them were great other half were hard as a rock. Tried to contact the store nobody will pick up the phone. Wasted my money.
One of our favorite places. It's big, so you can find a seat more closely with others or a bit farther so you can have more privacy during your meal. It's nice and clean place to enjoy! Parking is enough too. Thank you!

I recently went to Burger King 410 Albert St N, Regina, and have very great service from the staff and specially rabuil. I recommend it if you are living anywhere east.
