My mans went and got us food and ordered one poutine with one of our meals but they decided to give us two poutines which wasn’t the order whoever working the drive thru needs better ears, my mans doesn’t even like poutine! Could have done better if they actually would listen to their customers! It’s okay tho bc now I get two poutines and I just gave him my burger!

I ordered on uber eats the following items: 2 tex mex whoppers and 1 whopper combo with a vanilla shake
The order came in incomplete and the driver was nice enough to go back.
Only for the worker there (a lady) to call me and yell at me to say she already checked the cameras (within 3 minutes) and that I had already received the items she proceeded to call me names and to yell at the driver (I could hear her on the phone) I will go in person and make a formal complaint this is unacceptable and I rarely if ever gove bad reviews the lady working there basically defrauded me out of my food and proceeded to verbally assualt the driver who started crying on the phone and felt unsafe

As a Skip courier, I had an unpleasant experience at Burger King. The staff were rude and unprofessional. They kept asking about thermal bags without even properly checking and spoke to me in a dismissive manner. At one point, I was even told things like ‘you can go,’ which was completely disrespectful. It’s frustrating to be treated this way while trying to do my job. I hope Burger King addresses this issue and trains their staff to interact more courteously with couriers.
