This was my very first time patronizing this particular Burger King 🍔 🤴🏿 in North Regina on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025. The food was lackluster at best. However, the service was horrendously bad. I waited well over 20 minutes for my food. I was briefly contemplating just leaving without getting my weekly flame broiled Whopper Fix and Poutine. Fortunately, I came to my senses and waited an inordinate amount of time for my order to be served. I've been to literally well over a hundred different Burger King restaurants on 4 different continents. This Burger King franchise was definitely a good candidate for the Creme De La Crumbs of fast food restaurants in the Western Hemisphere! I still choose to award this restaurant a 3 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 rating instead of a 1 🌟 star rating despite its numerous shortcomings!!!!

My family and I ordered at 9:13, was told it would be 8 minutes to make our food. I had to wait 25+ minutes for my food, and was met with some very rude service. The place was actually disgusting, as the tables were messy, and sticky. The garbage can was overflowing, and the counter near the drinks was a mess. We waited so long, that I didn't even get to eat my food, as it took too long and they weren't even done making it by 9:40. They were extremely rude when we asked for our money back. This was very dissatisfying and I don't recommend coming here.

Do not order ahead at this location. I was told rather rudely that they will only make it once you are there, they will not make orders to be ready at pickup. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

We had tried the new location at 5330 Rochdale Blvd, Regina. Twice the food was not made well at all, service was friendly though. I spoke with the manager Rabiul, he was very respectful and listened, he replaced our meals with respect and no hesitation, he also personally prepared them the right way. Great service, fantastic management

I asked for no onions and mayo on the side and they didn’t do either. We weren’t give straws or napkins and the woman in the window kept cutting my boyfriend off when he was trying to make his order and when he was trying to correct himself.
