I felt they are overwhelmed with just two staff: chef and waitresses when there are lots customer.Ordered Bring on the Bacon crepes: the food portion it’s great but the flavour it’s bland. Onion it’s soggy, Bacon it’s soft and the crapes it’s thick.Also order smoke ham panini: the bread it’s good and the ham it’s good as well. But the potato wedge it’s soft, felt like they are cook from steamer, not a fan of it.

Okay I walked in today..craving something sweet. Did they deliver.....ABSOLUTELY. So friendly the staff here. The establishment is so airy and comforting not to mention clean. The staff sat and talked with me while I waited for my treats ? so many new things coming up for this restaurant/ cafè and you won't want to miss it. They are amazingly accommodating health wise with gluten free and vegan options as well as hyper aware of any allergies you man have. Don't be afraid to stop by. I feel like this place doesn't get enough attention. Let's fix that Regina.

This is a great place for a quick but classy lunch and an excellent cup of coffee. Our lunch and coffee was great and the fondue we got for dessert was the real highlight. We love supporting Canadian chain businesses and this is the type of place that feels very special.

So delicious! I might have have to make multiple trips until I try everything on the menu. Our server Melody was great, she tried to draw a heart on my hot chocolate. It didn't quite work but the little effort was amazing, thanks for being spectacular!

I really wanted to like this place. We gave it two different tries. On our most recent visit we could not stop laughing at the menu. There are 25+ spelling mistakes. We made a game of looking for them and almost every item on the menu had a spelling error. It’s obvious no one has even bothered to look at the menu which makes me question what else is being missed. We ordered the double fondue, and it came with one brownie and half a waffle cut into pieces, both of which are store bought and obviously not made on premises. Our fruit was brown and seemed like odd choices for a fondue (banana, apple, pineapple). The hot chocolate is topped with whipped cream from a can. Very poor quality when you are asking $18 for a fondue and $6 for hot chocolate.

As were standing by the entrance waiting their server slip and the plates shes holding fell too. The manager atm came and BLAME us for her slipping because she was rushing to get us seated, HE ALSO WALKED OUT ON US WHILE I WAS EXPLAINING. To mind you i came with 2 of my nieces, SUCH UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE INFRONT OF KIDS. Everything WAS handled POORLY. If they cant take more costumer, they should kindly decline service. *DO NOT BLAME YOUR COSTUMER IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY *I HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE SO MUCH AND ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING WITH THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE,BUT THIS INCIDENT I CANNOT PASS.

It was ok, go if you have a lot of time and willing to harass the staff. I would say order for pick up if not.Maybe I came at the wrong time. My daughter was excited to try it but we didn’t seem to be able to get anything beyond our initial order. I tried calling for the staff and even tried getting her attention when she walked by. The other guy just went outside. I was unable to order anything even though I told her I would pick something sweet out later.Basically… it was underwhelming due to lack of service. I would try again for pickup. Gave 4/5 because maybe thats not the regular staff, covid…Haha who knows these days.

The bad reviews on here are bs because it was fantastic. I didn’t find it pricey at all. I got the brunch sandwich for $14 but it came with salad AND fondue, not to mention the portions were massive. I thought everything was really yummy. Will definitely come back for breakfast or date night :)
Not what I was expecting from all the pictures online we had seen. Waitress was very quiet and seemed annoyed with us. Fruit was not fresh, the chocolate that came with it had chunks in it. Probably would not visit again.

My friend and I each ordered a pizza crepe. They came cold sitting unattractively on the plate with no garnish to at least make the crepe LOOK appetizing. we were never asked by the server if we wanted our beverages replenished.
