Food was ok but not outstanding. Burger was good, potatoes were spiced nicely, the peaches eggs on avocado was just ok. It was the atmosphere that threw me, I was expecting some ambiance but it was definitely a coffee shop type, difficulty to carry a conversation because of the noise level in restaurant. Their treats were individually wrapped which made me wonder if they are made elsewhere. Waitress was top notch! $128 for 4 was pricey.
*listed prices for drinks in the menu such as hot chocolate are for regular sized and they upsell you to a large but don't tell you the new price. It's 1.25 extra fyi

The staff were outstanding â friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being overbearing. They made me feel completely welcome and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Itâs clear that the team here takes great pride in offering not only delicious food but also exceptional service.

My husband wanted to find a new spot and came across this Cafe online. The food, service and atmosphere is so amazing that I had to write a review while I am still at the Cafe. I have been in the food service industry for almost a decade and this is by far the best breakfast food I have ever had. Everyone needs to go here.

Cafe Francais is my favourite. The level of customer service is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff are informative, kind and helpful. The food and coffee are the best part, and not to mention the spices were wonderful. If you want the best coffee or a delicious breakfast, then I suggest you visit this lovely cafe.

I visited this place today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a *Grandma Chai Latte with no sugar*, but they brought me a *Cappuccino* instead. When I pointed it out, they told me it was because I asked for no sugar â which makes no sense. If the drink couldnât be prepared without sugar, they should have informed me when I placed the order.
At the cashier, I mentioned again that the drink was not what I ordered, but the receptionist responded rudely and said, âYou drank 80% of it.â Thatâs not how proper customer service should be handled. If I could rate their customer service zero, I would.

On top of that, the air circulation in the café is very poor. By the time I left, my clothes and hair were soaked in the smell of burnt oil. Even if the food is good, the overall customer service and atmosphere are far from acceptable.
