Free hot chocolate every time I bring my kids.
Free samples at the tasting bar every time I come.
Knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of beans/equipment.
Great rewards program with actual swag that is decent.

Love this place.

Recently bought some beans from here after only buying the cheapest stuff I could get from the grocery store up until now. The increase in quality is amazing and my coffee has never tasted better. I'm definitely getting my coffee from here from now on.

What a gem! We did a coffee tasting with Natalia - we have been buying their coffee online for some time and went to check the shop out. It was truly worth it! Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere and great coffee. It is certainly worth a visit and more so, to spend some time in the shop and at the coffee bar. Well done!

After spending a weekend in Regina together, we decided to look for a place that we could get coffee before we left, and we ended up at Caliber.

This store has everything that you need to make an amazing cup of coffee. From machines if you need one, to accessories if you don't, and of course the coffee.

The woman that was working (I'm bad with names) was very helpful in selecting coffee beans, from describing what each one tasted like to providing samples. We're very happy with our purchase due to her assistance and will definitely be placing an order in the near future.

As a side note mostly unrelated to the overall service: She expressed that she was still learning english and seemed a little unsure of her words at times but I'd like her to know that she did perfectly fine. In fact, the first thing that we talked about when we left was was combination of how polite she was and how she seem to think that her english is worse than it actually is. Asking me to write down my details for her when joining the points program was smart. If you read this: You've got this. If management/supervisor is reading this: Please let her know that she's doing great.

Weren’t very friendly when I walked in, got the silent treatment. I asked a couple question about cold brewing and got a very short and rude answer. Also asked if I could get it ground up two different ways and the answer was no I don’t have two different bags to put it in…. Okay thanks so much for your help

I'll have to take some more pictures of this fantastic coffee; I was scrolling to find some of the ones I already have... But I take far too many pictures. Lol.

I've reviewed these folks in their own platform, and I don't often go out of my way to leave multiple reviews for a single company.

But Caliber has honestly just impressed me so much. Before touching on the most excellent coffee, the staff are totally awesome.

Friendly, knowledgeable and above all legitimately enthusiastic about their product.
They really do care about both their product; which has been meticulously curated, and their customers. In this day and age of online retail, it's so refreshing to be able to go into a Brick & Mortar and hold a conversation on topic, in depth and get answers on the spot.
But then after just shoot the breeze for a bit and not feel awkward in their space. I could wax on about their coffee, I don't think I need to go on too much here. They stock an incredible array of global beans that they roast to their own, high standards.

While season and crop my change, and I've been through about 50 lbs from Caliber so far, the quality is consistent. They source the best beans available at the time, by locale. I've been coast to coast to coast (Arctic for the 3rd). Lived 6 months to 4 years minimum at each coast, 800000km on the TransCanada... And have gone out of my way to sample local Roasters and cafés the way across and back.
Tried online subscriptions, and would even recommend a Coast to Coast Coffee sub if you're not hooking up Caliber, both good Canadian ventures; different platforms. But end of the day? I'm gunna plug Caliber.

Best I've run into so far; not that I'm done exploring.

There's a couple local cafés with espresso machines in Regina that I certainly enjoy.

Caliber to date is my favorite & current goto.
I mentioned I love exploring, but they've got enough consistent roasts, singles and house blends plus rotating seasonal specials that there's been more than enough to hold my interest for almost an entire year so far.

Kudos folks, thanks. You know I'll be back. I'll find/take some pics and update later.
