I ordered a sticky toffee pudding and pepperoni pizza pretzel for delivery (via a third-party food delivery service). The pretzel is okay but the sticky toffee pudding was very disappointing. It's just a flat bread with caramel sauce like I had to look at the receipt to see if it's actually a Sticky Toffee Pudding. I was shocked. I feel like they shouldn't even call it a Sticky Toffee Pudding. It's so disappointing.

We had a very bad experience here yesterday. I’m not sure if the waitress was in training, but if she was - she needed a lot more! She gave us our menus then basically forgot about us. After seeing her wander around back and forth between the bar and the kitchen, we finally got her attention as we were thinking about leaving.
