First, second, and third times the charm. Came into town and found The Lancaster for some dinner. I challenged the bartender to serve me whatever I would regret the most not having paired with the perfect beer. The mushroom bacon burger and poutine was unbelievable. Truly, as I don’t usually eat mushrooms and it was still the best burger ever. The poutine was perfection. Paired with the Pile O Bones white IPA. They definitely knocked it out of the park.
The next night, I found myself back at the Lancaster. This time I ordered the chicken parm with an amber ale. The chicken was moist and juicy. The sauce was delicious.
Tonight, my wife ordered for me. The jambalaya was delicious. Definitely had some spice to it, but also very flavourful. The woodpile lager worked well to try and calm that heat. I decided to finish it off with the crème brûlée. It was the perfect end to the last three nights at The Lancaster.

Took my clinical group and our instructor to The Lancaster to celebrate being done our first year. Food was spectacular, service was excellent, the happy hour can't be beat. And their new summer cocktail Pea Blossom is amazing. A great local pub for everything you're looking for, thank you for making our afternoon!

The service was terrible, so slow. The pretzels were amazing once we actually showed up. Hopefully that was just a one off.
Great food. Try the turkey club!
The bowls are amazing for a quick dt lunch.
Will definitely return.
I recently ordered their Fish Tacos and absolutely loved them. Not only the taste was delicious but presentation and packaging was impressive.
I can’t comment on the Atmosphere and service so gave it a rating of 3-5. I can’t dine in to experience a great meal with my spouse.
Absolutely amazing food! The pretzels and the braised beef yorkies were top notch!
I brought a 50 person group to this restaurant and I can’t give them enough praise!
Simple enough, the food and staff are amazing. Everything was great and the staff did a great job to accommodate a big group!
I would recommend this to anyone whether you’re 1 or 50 people! They went above and beyond to make it work!

Had a good time overall at Lancaster. It was my first time visiting here and went on their trivia night. They have a few retro arcade machines at the front too which was a fun way to pass time – they were free.
Service was attentive and friendly.
I had their BBQ Pulled Pork Burger, and it’s what you’d expect, in a good way. The pork was a good texture and the sauce was good. Fries were decent too, and like the skin on.
I also had their crème brulee and this was fine. The texture and taste of the custard itself is not quite right to my taste – kinda eggy and not velvety smooth from a consistency standpoint. I also prefer the burnt sugar on top to be more completely done all the way around, and not just in the centre.
The best car downtown now. Trivia and events are good. Food is solid and drinks are creative.
This was my first time here. I was seated with a rather large group. The atmosphere really reminded me of an English pub which I liked.
For food, my boyfriend ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Burger ($21) with French onion soup ($7.5). I ordered the Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger ($22) with Truffle Fries ($3), a white sangria ($10.5) and crème brûlée ($8) with strawberry compote for dessert. Prices are before tax and tip.
The BBQ Pulled Pork Burger and french onion soup were alright.
The sangria was absolutely delicious! I highly suggest it. I absolutely loved the mix of peach, pear and orange juice.
The crème brûlée was extremely delicious. Best in Regina. Seriously ! And the Keg charges the same price for a THIRD of what Lancaster is offering. I also think their recipe at Lancaster is better.
The truffle fries were decent. They were cold unfortunately but I was with a rather large group so I’m not going to fault them for it entirely. I actually think they would have been awesome if they were cooked a little warmer, a little crispier and didn’t come with the sauce. I prefer a garlic, truffle and Parmesan flavour for the type of fries.
The burger itself was actually pretty good. If it had been warmer, I think the patty itself would have been moister. That being say, it tasted fresh. Honestly I was wondering if it was mixed with bison because of the flavour. I throughly enjoy a gamey flavour and this burger had hints of it. Honestly, this burger is very close to being the best burger in Regina that I’ve ever had.
I want to return and get a genuine sit down dinner experience with no more than 4 people. This place has the potential to produce the best burger in the city!
Simply the best!! Made traveling to Regina for work a comfortable time away from home!! Thanks Lancaster Crew!
Live music venue was nice. Beware of the happy hour specials - classic cocktails are listed as a $5 special but were not in fact $5
