Not our first time here, but every time it is a great experience. Staff is so friendly with great customer service and the food is always wonderful. Highly recommend making a stop for some chicken and a mocktail!

I'd post a negative if I could, except for the drive thru lady No line up, yet, huuuuge wait in the frive thru for a simple combo An hour later, I wanted to die!!! I had noooo idea what was going on with my stomach!!! Never ever ever ever again!!

Went to drive thru, crew asked for us to wait, waited for 3 mins for the crew, called the crew and did not answer back. Not sure what happened but we left.

Men’s washroom had No toilet paper, claims that it’s kept empty because it is broken and gets stolen, that they know of it, horrible costumer service in that regard Decent food, decent prices, horrible in restaurant experience

This marks my first visit to Carl's Jr. in quite some time. As a resident of Calgary, I am currently in Regina for a work assignment. Upon seeing the Carl's sign, I felt compelled to stop for a meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hospitality provided by the manager and his team was truly commendable. I would also like to highlight the freshness of my burger, particularly the crispness of the lettuce.
