The best place to get bubble tea in the city. The owner is always kind and friendly. While there are lots of options in the city, this is always exactly what I want. Seems to be the only place I can have aloe vera in my tea every time without fail.

I asked for warm milk tea with coffee jelly, instead I got scorching hot tea with little bit of coffee jelly mixed with pearls. I forgot that they always add pearls to their coffee jelly. I don’t understand then why not tell the customer that then I would not get that coffee jelly or choose it. Not good service at all. Never will go back there again. Very disappointed!

Ordered taro milktea in-person and gave me thai milktea. I got a wrong flavor for the second time. First time was matcha milktea, but gave me jasmine milktea.

Great, fast service, quality drinks with a seasonal drink rotation. Maybe not the most inviting place to hang out at for long, the area small and open to traffic coming and going, but that's the only minor and very picky negative thing about this place.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, decent quality. The store was very clean and had a few spots to sit. The service was really fast, and had a great variety of options.They also have a birthday program were they give you a free drink on your birthday.
