How can such a mediocre place be so slammed with business? First time, won’t return.
We waited 45 for first meal to come out (Vietnamese noodle bowl - which was tasty). Took another 10-15 minutes for the remaining two orders to come out. Both Pho. Nothing really wrong with it, but we’ve had Pho many other places and all were better than this. The beef was odd and the Pho is broth, beef, noodles, and a couple small slices of onions. No sauces served with, no bean sprouts, no lime, usually there are more thin sliced onions in Pho. And other places have more flavourful broth.
Atmosphere would be fine if it wasn’t compromised by 3-4 delivery guys standing crowded right behind the table and each waiting 10-30 minutes for their pickups, one poor waitress rushing around and trying to do everything by herself, and constant loud ringing phone or alarms going off in the kitchen.
Other tables were also getting very slow service to receive menus, place orders, and receive food. They appear to be prioritizing takeout orders - probably because they are tracked and scored by those apps.

Food was amazing and so was the service, but for the price I feel like they couldve had slightly bigger portions.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options and delicious vegetables.
Dietary restrictions: You are able to remove anything that is within your restrictions, but make sure to ask since they do not ask.
Parking: Lots of parking, all free, easy to access.
Kid-friendliness: Saw one kid there and he was quiet since he was eating delicious soup.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or anything, saw a lady in a wheelchair easily get out of the restaurant without complication.

I love how everything is Gluten Free. As a person with Celiac disease. Knowing the fact that everything is gluten free. No cross-contamination. You feel safe to eat. You can eat everything on that menu. Its all safe!

One of the best meals I've eaten. I had the duck with fried rice and it was phenomenonal.
Waiter he was very nice and friendly. He let us eat comfortably even though we came to eat quite late.❤️ The food was delicious and quality, gluten free, the coffee was great too. Will definitely come back
