Chicken used to be great and hand breaded. I think ownership has changed and now you are paying premium prices for a frozen chicken fingers. We used to love chicken tendees now we won't be back.

cold chicken, amazing fries, absolutely god awful customer service, waited 15 mins for the bathroom key, got yelled at for not knowing where the key was, my buddy got verbally berated when he didn’t instantly go up for his food.

This was my first visit to the 4 ave location. I enjoyed my meal with my friend and I had ordered a to go meal that was in a bag. My friend did not finish her meal and needed a bag of her own to take home her leftovers. I asked for a bag politely and the lady at the counter , gave me a dirty annoyed look and said “one bag isn’t enough for you?” So incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you don’t want to provide bags then don’t offer them or charge for them. You are running a business, if providing a bag to a customer is such an inconvenience then don’t even provide them. I just spent $48 at your restaurant. Needless to say , despite the food being good, I will never return.
