“We been there last March 22, 2025 roughly at 2:30ish, we felt a little bit disappointed cos the loyalty system doesn’t explained to us. We used to eat the flats estevan and the servers are all fantastic and food as usual superb. But here we felt not so welcoming. And the music at the lounge are too loud.“

“The food was excellent. Staff were not friendly at all - the waiter didn't seem to listen to our order - everything had to be repeated. We were not approached to see how our meals were, whether we wanted more water or drinks. Very disappointing from our last experience - there is no consistency in the service.“

“They did amazing on everything. Pizza and the stuffed bread was great! The only thing was they forgot my marinara sauce but honestly I forgot too. I go back show them the receipt and they gave me one plus an extra. Was very unexpected as it was an accident but I understand. Keep up the great service and food quality! 😁“

“I finally stopped in at Fritou to grab a two piece meal for lunch, and I’m glad I did. I had the western style and it was delicious. Made fresh, and the customer service was top shelf. There are lots of choices for chicken in this city, but I found my new favorite. I’ll be back soon to try some other menu options too.“

“I went to treat myself my birthday, since I was on my own as my grandson and Jade was very kind and gave me a dessert for my birthday and a sign card from the entire stuff with a gift card for free steak bites. Next time I’m in, she was very kind and made a lonely birthday a perfect birthday Thank you Jade. You touched my heart.“

“The owners were very nice and thoughtful.The place was clean and nice and the food was good. It was hot and fresh when I got it but was pretty quick.Very affordable with good prices. “Sadly one of the best vegan pizzas in the city. I highly recommend using BBQ sauce as a base. The cheesy bread is great too. The summer BBQ is the only decent menu choice, so I recommend customizing your own. Sometimes a little soggy. Updated from previous review on 2021-02-06“

“We order from this location regularly and the food is always great. The only time they've ever made a mistake, the person I spoke to from the customer service line was incredibly helpful and professional. The replacement item arrived in half the time I was quoted by customer service.They are also one of the few pizza places that offers so many vegetarian and vegan options, which is awesome for us plant based folks. Panago will always be a go to for us.“

“Good service but cheese and vegetables are not equally distributed on the pizza and taste is not consistent. It does not mean taste is not good but sometimes it really taste awesome and you wanna go back and then its different. Guys put good vegetables and condiments on the pizza atleast your competitor's do, your pizza is great make it awesome.“
