When I read some of the bad reviews, I was nervous to have my twins birthday party here. I was pleasantly surprised. All of the games were working, it was clean and bright, and the service was fantastic. My kids had an absolute blast. The pizza isn't the greatest but the service and games made up for it. It was totally worth every penny. I'll definitely be going back!

New swipe cards make this place very expensive!!! The kids we were with and saw there kept swiping the cards and not playing the games (due to age) which was great for me because I just played games for free but became expensive for my siblings. Don't waste your time going here.. Victoria Square Mall has games and rides for way cheaper.
Won't be back to chuck e. Cheese. This was one of my favourite childhood memories now ruined. Good job Regina!
Also prizes are junky

This is our new place to take our kids! The overall store has done updates. The place is spacious, clean and well-lit. The arcade games are now all on a swipe card and the tickets are counted electronically. I also really enjoy the option for purchasing credits or times. It provides flexibility for kids of all ages. The prices are reasonable and there are many game options. It is suitable for all ages from toddlers to teenagers.
Hope to try out the food next time to do more review.

Ridiculous prices for garbage food, games are all rigged or broken. I spent $50 on credits for my son to play on his birthday a d we ended up winning two sucker's and I left feeling like a sucker.

Visited today July 25th, 2024.
Came back after 5 to six years but it seams I didn’t missed much. I believe it’s time for company to innovate and recreate something better and fun.
Games looks from 90’s and so the hall. Carpet crumbling, stained ceiling and old light fixtures.
Cost is almost $35 a kids which is too hight what what is offered
Overall depressing experience.

The season pass is definitely worth it. Be sure to use a coupon or discount code, Otherwise they are quite expensive. Kids love it though. There is a new trampoline area but it's a separate charge and you need to buy specific jump socks to go in.

Not as good as other arcades. Nostalgia driven for most part
