Chungchun Rice Hot Dog Regina

This was me and my child’s first experience at this restaurant and it was extremely dirty. My child went to the restroom and it was really dirty and so was the hallway to get to the bathroom. Everything was dirty. It was disgusting. The food was OK but overpriced and they didn’t have any drinks except for cans of pop. That’s it , soooo gross ..,1 out of 10 will never go again. We do not recommend! Also half the stuff on the menu wasn’t even available. Literally, the seats were peeling. There was marks all over the wall dust everywhere the kitchen area that you can see is very dirty the walls just Everything was very dirty.

Food was good, first time but CLEAN EVERWHERE! this place is DIRTY! I won't come back until everything is cleaned correctly. Where is health and food safety?

As a Korean person, this was disappointing. Chicken felt old and tasteless. The hotdog felt barely like a hotdog. Got Soy garlic sauce and it just feels like dipping in soy sauce with salt added to it. Only good thing was ketchup and fries. Also they didn't have ANY utensils.. at a restaurant.

I’ve visited this place 3–4 times now almost spend $40 every time and every single time, the air conditioning has not been working. It honestly feels like sitting inside the sun. The heat is unbearable — not just for the customers, but even the staff looked completely exhausted and drained from working in such conditions. I feel bad for them.

It’s frustrating because the food might be decent, but how can anyone enjoy a meal when you’re sweating the entire time? If you’re planning to dine here, just know it’s hotter inside than outside. They really need to fix the AC

Lady was very rude when asking about the handmade drinks. She would not clarify that they are sold out and instead would say the pop cans are there. Not sure why she couldn’t understand a simple question. Also the place is very hot and service is very slow. Will not go again.

Awesome food but definitely take your meal to go. The inside is not very nice with ripped up booths and scuffed up walls. A/C was also not working when we went so it was terribly hot. The last 2-3 times we’ve been it has taken a staff member at least 5 mins to come from the back and take our order. For the price you’d hope for better service and somewhere you can comfortably sit to eat.

Absolutely bulshit. Did not get what I ordered paid 16 bucks went back and was told I was wrong. Good food absolutely crap customer service will never go there again. Unfortunate that good food spots have to be ruined by staff

Restaurant was very dirty and looks like it’s not in the staffs and employers to do list to clean up the place. They have a beautiful location, it sucks that they cannot take care of it. Makes me wonder what the inside of the kitchen looks like.

Nothing that will blow your mind, and service can be a bit slow. But always been good and the variety of choices keeps it interesting
