I made a reservation through Open Table for this past weekend as we had a larger group (6). When we arrived I asked for our reservation and the waiter just wrote me off by saying I had no reservations and to just sit anywhere. So luckily there was one table for 8 we could sit at. Our table waiter was very limited with his interactions with us, and our meals we bland- at best. We never told our waiter as he never came to our table to ask how we were doing or how our meals were. Its too bad, for Regina the Hotel Sask is supposed to be this place groups like us come out to experience time together, without kids, which is only once a year or so. It was just an overall disappointing experience at the Hotel Sask at Christmas time.

This bar could be so much better. The surroundings and cocktails are great, but for us it was let down by the slow service. We knew what we wanted but waited with menus while three bar staff talked—and then waited again having ordered while they carried on talking. Speed things up a bit and it would be great.

Food took far too long to come out - particularly for lunch. Table service stretched - one server not enough - and kitchen backed up. Food just short of the usual standard.

Decent selection of cocktails and delicious food options that are worth the price. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommend trying the rhubarb spritzer and any of the their flatbread pizzas!

We were there for a few nights, each night Dean and Michael were great! They took great care of us.

I decided to go to Circa 27 Lounge for a glass of wine on my Birthday. The service I received was perfect. Both Jody and Chantal are Rock Stars. They were friendly and answered any questions I may have had about my order. I ordered the 6 oz Santa Carolina Sauvignon Blanc as well as the Seasonal Soup which was a Roasted Squash with Corn. Both the wine and the soup were excellent.
The only complaint I have is the entrance to the lounge. When I came into the Hotel and made my way to the lounge, I noticed that there were table and chairs situated where there was openings into the lounge and that left one spot where someone could access the lounge and that was at the far end closest to the dining room entrance. The lounge used to be open to the lobby and there was no separation between the 2 spaces.
While I was sitting in the lounge, I felt a little closed in because it did not have the 'open concept' feel. Other than that, everything was great.

Wow - this restaurant was an unexpected god sent. We were desperate for a family friendly restaurant after a long day of competition- this restaurant was our last resort: Thinking we wouldn’t be welcome and it would be too fancy for our 5 kids under 8years old. Dean was our saviour! A kids menu and amazing service?!? Dean made us feel welcome and not the “hassle” vibe we usually get. We received Great food and much needed beverages for us grownups. Thank you so much !!!

We enjoyed our meal with friends at Circa 27. The food was good, plentiful and nicely presented. The setting is upscale casual, which we were looking for. We also enjoyed being able to hear each other. Service was also good.

We all enjoyed our meal and the Canadian whiskey shot was a nice touch. Our waitress was very attentive. It was a lively place with kids around but we could still have a good conversation. We will be back!

We had a reservation, they gave our table away. The did not have any wine glasses so a 20 minute wait for my wife's glass of wine - they forgot my drink completely. Food was mediocre at best. Service was very poor. Very disappointing as when we have been there in the past we really enjoyed it.
