We have been to Cora‘s in different places, but this one takes a cake. The biggest thing for us was that there were no melons or cantaloup in the fruit salad. We find that most places that offer fruit salad (not necessarily only Cora’s), fill it with cantaloup and melon with a sprinkle a few other fruits, however, this fruit salad had none!
Our server was fantastic meeting all of our needs. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Regina.

Dietary restrictions: My wife has coeliac disease and appreciates having gluten-free toast.

The fruit I was served was so bruised and bitter for most of it it wasn't nice to eat and the eggs Benny was extremely bland, this part isn't very important but still added to the experience I asked for soft to medium eggs and got hard I asked for extra sauce as I did in the past and the sauce itself tasted old and not fresh at all, thats just my order my lady ordered the gourmet crepe and it's got a little whipped cream on top and it looked good till she tried to eat it and
it's nothing but green apple skins jammed into a Crepe and the total was 60 sum I shoulda gone to McDonald's for cheaper and gotten the same satisfaction, I forgot to add that the "hashbrowns" they try to pass off where mush there was no crisp to them at all just soggy mush

Review from March 2023:
Every once in awhile, you get a bad experience. And sadly, this is one of them.

My boyfriend and I went to @corarestaurants Regina East location this past weekend for brunch. We both had ok experiences prior to this visit so we figured why not.

It’s a busy breakfast joint, but they had a good amount of staff in the kitchen and on the floor. We came at a busy time but by the time we left it was less than half full. We ordered a Maple Latte, glass of Orange Juice, Strawberry Avalanche French Toast (2 pieces), large fruit bowl + toast, and the Jessica.

Hashbrowns were seasoned and cooked well. That’s where the praise ends. My plate of food (the Jessica) was all cold. Specifically, The eggs, the bacon AND the hashbrowns. (I know crepes aren’t supposed to be hot). I could tell my plate had been left to sit while my bf’s food was being prepared as his was warm. As an ex-waitress, I ate my food anyways because I knew although cold, the food wouldn’t have gotten much better even if it was refired AND I was hungry.

To add, my maple latte was very clearly instant latte and it still costed $4.95??? And I thought Starbucks was crazy.

My boyfriend’s food was mid. Which is shitty because if you’re paying $17.75 for 2 pieces of French toast… you better believe it SHOULD taste phenomenal.

As soon as we were given our food and toast condiments (jam & pb), we were never checked on. Only time the server came to ask us if we wanted our bill was well after our stacked plates were cleared by a host.

And then came the bill, that bloody expensive bill. A ridiculous $65.32. My bf left a 15% tip as that was the lowest default option. (He knows now to put a custom 10% next time) This made the bill $75ish.

Sorry not sorry Cora, but if your prices are ridiculous, your food is mid or cold and service is bad, we can’t bring ourselves to visit again.

Cora is one of our Ho’oponopono to restaurants for breakfast. The fresh fruit side to any delicious meal is wonderful. Service is great and parking is free, if a little interesting to get to. Great for kids too

Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. Colouring and kid menu.

A good place to go for an easy breakfast if you're in the area. You're almost sure to find something you'll enjoy as their menu is massive.

The service was fast and friendly and prices were about what I expect going just about anywhere now.

Stopped by here today and Staff were friendly. But the only time we were asked how everything was, was after our drinks and before our food.

Food was absolutely horrible. The nacho grilled cheese had chicken inside which was like rubber. Could barely cut it let alone eat it. Pulled out all the chicken. The rest of the sandwich was off so I did not eat much of it.
Also my wife left half her food.

The waiter seeing how much food we left, should have keyed him to ask if everything was alright. He didn’t.

We both felt sick for the rest of the day.
