This café has the best desserts in Regina — truly world-class quality, the kind you usually only find in Europe. They are a little on the pricey side, but worth every penny for the craftsmanship and flavor. What makes it even better is that they constantly add new pieces and flavors, so there’s always something exciting to try. We are incredibly lucky to have such a place here! If they could only step up their coffee game, they’d be whatever the Michelin Guide for cafés is :) Thank you to the team for bringing this level of excellence and passion to the city.

My partner brought a box of choux pastries home after a long workday. WOW. I chose the coffee themed choux and have not experienced pastry like that in the city before. The pastry itself was light and crisp on the outside, creamy and dense but somehow also incredibly light on the inside. Their choux come topped with an adorable cream/mousse sculpture that is basically as big as the pastry it tops. It tasted like if the best mousse and a coffee crisp candy bar had a baby together. I was too full to take down my second before writing this review but I’m already looking forward to round two! Another great thing is the owners are incredibly kind and generous. I’ve also had a few sweet and savoury croissants and those were also both delicious.

Visited around 7pm and tried the Blueberry Matcha, Strawberry Chocolate Choux, and Passion Fruit Mango Choux. The chocolate choux had a light, airy mousse with a rich chocolate mousse on top with a chocolate glaze, though the choux pastry was a bit soft for my liking. I’ll definitely have to come earlier next time since I like choux fresh! The mango passion fruit choux was filled with a vanilla bean creme and topped with a cute mango dessert. Filled with a tangy and creamy passion fruit mousse and a mango jelly center that could be a bit softer. The blueberry matcha had a slight berry flavour but the matcha was smooth and not too sweet. Service was friendly and quick, the café was clean with a cozy modern vibe and soft lighting, and the value was great with lots of unique pastries to explore. Definitely plan to come back to try more desserts and their bánh mì croissants💜

A real gem in Regina! Delicious, creative food with unique flavors. Everything is so elegant as well! I highly recommend the lychee tea and any of their croissant sandwiches. The staff are so friendly too :)
