Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The girl who took my order seemed to be hard of hearing, as she ignored my girlfriend when she was trying to order, so i had to repeat her stuff for her. Then she did not give me my drink cup, this seemed to be a normal occasion because when i came back and asked someone else, they gave me a cup without question. Server put all the food in front of my gf, so she had to hand everything over to me. Kinda odd, made me feel uncomfortable. Anyway, the whole reason i had to write this review is because you gotta clean that fryer. I understand there is some good flavour, but i should not smell your fries on my girlfriends breath 22 hours after 3 meals and about half a pack of smokes. I get it sucks and you have to be careful, but that is a concerning perseverance of smell that i also find disconcerting. Burger slapped tho

Bathrooms are locked, unless you get an employee to unlock them. There is a chain around the fridges, which looks VERY unpleasant. Half of our meals were cold or luke warm. Will not be back here!

I live in area and use to love going to this Dq. I have had not one but three times having issues with the same lady who works there to say the least I will never be retuning again. There was a mix up at speaker with order and that was fine they re rang in WRONG AGAIN. At this point I didn’t care and just wanted to go home. On my way out of drive thru she proceeded to give me issues and says “EAT AT HOME”. I work customer service and I deal with a lot more issues, her behaviour and attitude was completely disgusting and unacceptable. I honestly wouldn’t be leaving a review cause not my cup of tea but having so many issue with same staff member. I feel something should be done/said. When I went in to talk to supervisor she asked if I wanted anything and I said no I just wanted her to be aware of her staffs behaviour and hope that girl learns. Or gets a different job not in customer service.

I ordered 2 chicken paddies grilled, no bun and said it like 3 times. I just wanted the paddie and they put it in a bun even tho I said no bun. Not super upset but it's kinda cringe

Food is fine I mean it’s Dairy Queen. Go here often and have never had issues before. But today after I ordered food and went to use the washroom one of the workers (older lady with black hair) followed me to the rest room, waited for me to get out, followed me out of the rest room, then as I left she proceeded to give me a snarky look.

Not too sure why. Just in a t-shirt and a funny baseball cap . Didn’t know I looked like thug. Made me super duper uncomfortable. Will avoid coming back.

I don’t know the names of who was working at 8:30pm Friday, August 16th, 2024 but give all of them a raise! Everyone was so nice, approachable, and excellent with their service! A1 experience with my friend, love this place!!!

Soggy burgers, my friend and I got sick from our burgers , good for ice cream and deep fried foods but the soggy burgers you get and they didn't taste right . Was disgusting. No vegetariann options or lactose intolerant ice creams or for any diabetic ice creams or lower sugar ice cream for people I see, if you added to the menus these last few items be better for people with these conditionsget more business I'm sorry but burgers are yuck .

Vegetarian options: There are none no veggie burgers or meatless burgers .

Dietary restrictions: Have a low sugar ice cream or a diabetic ice cream of some sort .

Dairy Queen offers a great dining experience. The staff are friendly, and the food is consistently good. The char on the burgers always gives me nostalgia, making me feel like I'm at a barbecue or a childhood party. Deffs recommend!
