Sign says open to 12, door was locked at 1030....
At the rate the staff were moving in there with a full line up of people their dairy products are going to mold... Full line of people, the staff just milling about.. left after several minutes of waiting. The people at the front of the line were still waiting to be served when I left...

I went for a late night treat (9:00 PM) after a long day. I ordered a grilled chicken combo. This is the first time for me to try a raw chicken sandwich. The meet was not cooked well, and also, the fries tasted sour. I was on a call and was not sure what was wrong with this food until I realized it is very nasty. I went back and told them about it when my friend on the call asked me to seek refund. I left then and since I was still in the block, I went back to get my money after I felt they ruined my treat and evening, and stole my money.
They asked for the remaining items and refused to acknowledge that their food is not good and refused to return any of my food bill.

Really disappointed with the customer service. Their location was having issues with the network, I placed a pickup order through the app and received an email to call and confirm if the order was getting made. I could hardly get a word in the man on the line kept interrupting me, I was just trying to find out if they made my order so I could either pick it up or go elsewhere, but the guy wouldn't let me speak! So frustrating. I wasn't calling to complain or anything like that, I just wanted to make sure that if they had Infact recieved my order I would come by to pick it up!! Very annoying to call and not be heard and to be interrupted.

The food was good and warm, but the blizzard was not right. It was soupy despite her tipping it upside down and none coming out. The ingredients also were not incorporated at all. It looked like ice cream, pumpkin puree and whipped cream. I couldn’t even get it 5 minutes to my destination without it dripping everywhere and making a completely mess of my car.

Place is going downhill as of recently. I don't know why. Last time I went I got the honey bbq chicken strips with onion rings (photo included). They are apparently "smothered" in sauce and usually they are, but this was maybe a light drizzle of sauce and got maybe 8 onion rings. Service is fast but it makes sense if you're putting in no effort.

Service was quick .. Food is Hot and Fresh .. will definitely come back .. it will be best if you give away coupons to customers in store, as everyone is looking to get deals, especially at this point in time. Like how Fort Quappelle DQ does. Makes people buy a lot more and try new things ..

The Dairy Queen DQ employees from Chucka Boulevard (Greens on Gardiner) are amazing.I went with my kids, who were so excited to try "confetti cake dipped cone".I recognize my kids are too happy children sometimes ??. Specially when we go to DQ. They were busy! But the girls that work there are really patient and empathetic people. Great costumer service

Waited inside for 10 minutes before giving up and going through drive through (there were no customers inside), service in drive-through was also terrible, not friendly, and blizzards weren't mixed well

We stopped visiting this location after the staff taking drive-through orders got an order wrong but insisted she was right.
We went through the drive through again to get a photo of the sigh to show her.
She didn't apologize for her mistake. Instead she proceeded to berate my wife even with kids in the car.
I really think staff training will go a long way.
