I came in today and noticed my absolute favourite blizzard was on the menu again. It was the S’mores blizzard. I loved it and missed it. I had not had it in years. I was so excited. Id ordered it many times before. The chocolate part was my favourite.When I got the blizzard I noticed no chocolate in it and kindly asked the cashier to put chocolate in it as it was missing. The cashier was rude. Refused to put chocolate in it and told me that s’mores don’t have chocolate in them!? I tried disagreeing and explaining the three key ingredients to a smore. He refused to listen to me and was trying to convince me s’mores don’t have chocolate in them and never did. That’s like saying a black Forrest cake doesn’t come with cherries either. It’s one of the main ingredients and without it all you have is cake with whipped cream. In this case all I had was vanilla ice cream and graham crackers. I left because I was starting to get annoyed and he out right refused to fix it or admit the mistake. He was convinced s’mores do not contain chocolate…..what? So I left with my gross graham cracker blizzard and ate a small amount of it. It was gross. I looked on your menu online later and it is supposed to have chocolate with marshmallows. Chocolate being one of the lead words in the explanation. I won’t be coming back if your cashiers won’t listen to reason or DQ thinks s’mores are just vanilla ice cream and graham crackers. Yuck. What a total let down and waste of money.

Went at 9:10 pm at this location and oh boy we received the worst service in years anywhere.. we walked in almost a hour before close and my wife asked the manager CJ what time are you open until ?. He said to her in a rude voice if we were closing I wouldn't do the order. We ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks. And had to repeat the order several times because CJ kept messing it up. We asked for the order to go he got that wrong, he gave My son the wrong blizzard and missed a drink which I had to pay on a separate transaction. Almost an hour before close and all of Their self serve fountain drinks were shut down. Got back to our car and noticed we were completely missing a meal for my daughter. Went in to politely to tell CJ and he proceeded to pull out the receipt to tell me it was my mistake and I didn't order it. This was not true and I had a coupon for the meal he missed which he incorrectly applied to a different meal. Cj proceeded to argue with me and I decided to just walk out. Dairy queen needs to know this manager is completely incompetent, rude and just shouldn't work in customer service. We used to like this location. We won't ever go here again. He also laughed at me when he saw I was getting upset. Next time he could upset the wrong person and get punched in the face.

boyfriend and I went to Dairy Queen today and there was 5 mins before close which I get isn’t awesome for the workers, but the open sign was off and no one was inside and a worker was outside taking the trash. it’s store policies to not turn off and close the store before their actual closing time. closes at 10 on Tuesdays and we were there at 9:55 with a sweet tooth. usually good, have gone there in the past were 3 mins before close and was served, don’t know what the workers were thinking tonite.

My grandson walked in and ordered 2 4pc chicken dinners with the coupon. 2. For 15.99. He said he needed amother coupon for that deal. No. Then he ordered 2 skor blizzards, got home and they were smores blizzards. That is the only dq I go to. So I didnt get any supper. Hire people that know what they are doing. Extremely upset.

This is the only DQ in town that has quick service, all the other locations are SO slow. We go out of our way to come to this one just for that reason. DQ has the BEST onion rings in town! This location has good service.

We stopped visiting this location after the staff taking drive-through orders got an order wrong but insisted she was right.We went through the drive through again to get a photo of the sigh to show her.She didn't apologize for her mistake. Instead she proceeded to berate my wife even with kids in the car.I really think staff training will go a long way.

They don't have chocolate milk or juice for kids meal, they only offer soft drinks or milk. Also did not include ketchup. Food was fine.Kid-friendliness: Not great

Closed 15 mins early? Really? We thought they closed dine in so we went to drive through, that was also closed. I mean what is the point if you have mentioned you will be open till 10:30 if you aren’t. And we tried to askAn employee, he saw us and ignored. Banged the door on us.. brutal service with bad customer service. He should have told us we are closed due to certain reason but he just ignored. Won’t come again

Hours say open until 10. Showed up at 9:55, doors locked, nobody answering drove through. Pulled around to the window, staff looked right at me, just ignored.Obnoxious. If you want to close before 10, out that on your hours. If you say you’re open until 10, be open until 10.

I enjoyed my takeout; just a couple things I wanted to share…Why are there more fries in a kid’s meals than my $9 chicken strip meal? ??‍♀️I got two crispy chicken wraps - one had two pieces of chicken and the other had one. All three were relatively the same size so am I getting ripped off for only having one piece in one or did I get lucky and got two pieces in the other?Consistency would be nice…

I remember when you got to watch the employee make your blizzard right in front of you. When you asked for extra stuff they actually had to put in extra stuff cause you were watching. Now when you order it, they make them behind a wall leaving everything up to the imagination. I've tested it out several times and the difference in the amount of stuff they charge you extra for and the amount of stuff you get in a blizzard when you don't pay for extra stuff is exactly the same. I realize that this could sound complainy to the max but why can't we as a customer just expect to receive what we paid for? That's my only expectation. If I'm gonna be charged extra I actually want extra. Worst part is how do make a complaint about how much stuff is or isn't in your blizzard!?!?!?!? Go to the one at Aurora, it's more reliable.

Unprofessional and Rude Staff Working at front desk. don't seem to be interested in working. Two girls laughing at me and taking in their own language. feel like they joking about me. no so friendly. Product is good but not the way to treat customers. No zero stars available to give.
